Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12712
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that on the day of Badr, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever does this will have this reward." So the young men went forward and the old men stayed with the baggage. Then they stayed there. When Allah granted victory to the Muslims, the old men said: "We were your helpers and protectors. If you had been defeated, you would have returned to us, so it is not possible that you should take the spoils of war and we should remain like this." The youth refused and said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has given us this." So Allah, the Exalted, revealed this verse: {They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the bounties (of war). Say, "They are at the disposal of Allah and the Messenger."} until {They will argue with you.} It was better for them. So obey me; I know the consequences better.

(١٢٧١٢) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بدر کے دن فرمایا : جو یہ کام کرے گا اس کے لیے یہ انعام ہے تو جوان لوگ آگے بڑھے اور بوڑھے نشانوں کے پاس رہے۔ پھر وہ وہیں جمے رہے، جب اللہ نے مسلمانوں کو فتح دی تو بوڑھوں نے کہا : ہم تمہارے مددگار اور پشت پناہ تھے، اگر تم کو شکست ہوتی تو تم ہماری طرف پلٹتے تو یہ نہیں ہوسکتا کہ غنیمت کا مال تم لے جاؤ اور ہم یوں ہی رہ جائیں۔ پس نوجوان نہ مانے اور کہا : رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہم کو دیا ہے پس اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی : { یَسْأَلُونَکَ عَنِ الأَنْفَالِ } سے { لَکَارِہُونَ } تک ۔ ان کے لیے یہی بہتر تھا ، پس تم میری اطاعت کرو میں انجام کار کو زیادہ جانتا ہوں۔
12712 Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne Badr ke din farmaya: Jo yeh kaam karega uske liye yeh inaam hai to jawan log aage barhe aur budhe nishanon ke pass rahe. Phir woh wahin jame rahe, jab Allah ne Musalmanon ko fatah di to budhon ne kaha: Hum tumhare madadgar aur pusht panah the, agar tum ko shikast hoti to tum hamari taraf palatte to yeh nahin hosakta keh ghanimat ka maal tum le jao aur hum yun hi reh jayen. Pas naujawan na mane aur kaha: Rasul Allah (SAW) ne hum ko diya hai pas Allah Ta'ala ne yeh ayat nazil farmai: {Ya'salonaka 'anil-anfal} se {lakarihun} tak. Unke liye yahi behtar tha, pas tum meri ita'at karo main anjam kar ko ziada janta hun.
١٢٧١٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحِيرِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ،عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ:" مَنْ فَعَلَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَلَهُ مِنَ النَّفْلِ كَذَا وَكَذَا "،قَالَ:فَتَقَدَّمَ الْفِتْيَانُ، وَلَزِمَ الْمَشْيَخَةُ الرَّايَاتِ فَلَمْ يَبْرَحُوهَا،فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالَتِ الْمَشْيَخَةُ:كُنَّا رِدَاءً لَكُمْ، لَوِ انْهَزَمْتُمْ فِئْتُمْ إِلَيْنَا، فَلَا تَذْهَبُوا بِالْمَغْنَمِ وَنَبْقَى،فَأَبَى الْفِتْيَانُ وَقَالُوا:جَعَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَنَا، فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى{يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَنْفَالِ قُلِ الْأَنْفَالُ لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ}[الأنفال: ١]إِلَى قَوْلِهِ{كَمَا أَخْرَجَكَ رَبُّكَ مِنْ بَيْتِكَ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّ فَرِيقًا مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَكَارِهُونَ}[الأنفال: ٥]،يَقُولُ:فَكَانَ ذَلِكَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ، وَكَذَلِكَ أَيْضًا فَأَطِيعُونِي فَإِنِّي أَعْلَمُ بِعَاقِبَةِ هَذَا مِنْكُمْ١٢٧١٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ.زَادَ:فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَهُمْ بِالسَّوَاءِ
