باب سهم الله وسهم رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم من خمس الفيء والغنيمة
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 12942
It is narrated regarding the statement of Allah Almighty in (12942) from Ata: {And know that anything you acquire of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger}, that one-fifth is for Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to spend it wherever he wished.

(١٢٩٤٢) عطاء سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان : { وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَیْئٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّہِ خُمُسَہُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ } کے بارے میں منقول ہے کہ خمس اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ہے، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جہاں چاہتے صرف کرتے تھے۔

١٢٩٤٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَشَّاطُ،قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ،قَالَ:" خُمْسُ اللهِ وَالرَّسُولِ وَاحِدٌ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ فِيهِ مَا شَاءَ "
