Chapter on what was permitted for him to marry without the consent of the woman, and if this was permissible, he could contract a marriage without her consent, and Allah the Almighty made this preferable for the believers over themselves.

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13361
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Zayd bin Harithah (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) complaining about Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her), and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was telling him: "Fear Allah and keep your wife." Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "If the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were to conceal anything of the revelation, he would have concealed this matter." And Zaynab used to boast over the other wives (of the Prophet) saying: "Your marriages were conducted by your families, but my marriage was conducted by Allah, the Almighty, above the seven heavens."

(١٣٣٦١) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ زید بن حارثہ (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے اور زینت (رض) کی شکایت کر رہے تھے اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس کو فرما رہے تھے کہ اللہ سے ڈرو اور اسے اپنی بیوی بنا کر رکھو، انس (رض) کہتے ہیں : اگر نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کوئی چیز چھپانے والے تھے تو وہ یہی بات تھی اور حضرت زینب باقی بیویوں پر فخر کرتی تھیں کہ تمہارا نکاح تمہارے گھر والوں نے کیا ہے اور میرا نکاح اللہ پاک نے سات آسمانوں کے اوپر کیا ہے۔

١٣٣٦١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ،أنبأ يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي قَالَا:ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ،عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:جَاءَ زَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَشْكُو زَيْنَبَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا،فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" اتَّقِ اللهَ وَأَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ "قَالَ أَنَسٌ: فَلَوْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَاتِمًا شَيْئًا لَكَتَمَ هَذِهِ قَالَ: فَكَانَتْ تَفْتَخِرُ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَقُولُ: زَوَّجَكُنَّ أَهَالِيكُنَّ وَزَوَّجَنِيَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ فَوْقِ سَبْعِ سَمَاوَاتٍ " رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ
