Chapter on what was permitted for him to marry without the consent of the woman, and if this was permissible, he could contract a marriage without her consent, and Allah the Almighty made this preferable for the believers over themselves.
باب ما أبيح له بتزويج الله وإذا جاز ذلك جاز أن يعقد على امرأة بغير استئمارها

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13362
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Zainab bint Jahsh used to boast over the other wives (of the Prophet) that Allah Almighty had contracted her marriage in the heavens. Then the verses regarding the veil were revealed. The narrator says: People were sitting in the house of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He went out, then came back, then went out again, and the people were still sitting (there). It seemed that there were signs of displeasure on his face. Then the verse of the veil was revealed: {O you who believe! Enter not the houses of the Prophet unless permission is given to you}.

(١٣٣٦٢) انس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ زینب بنت جحش باقی بیویوں پر فخر کرتی تھیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے میرا نکاح آسمان پر کیا ہے اور ان کے بارے میں پردے کی آیت نازل ہوئی۔ راوی کہتا ہے کہ لوگ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے گھر میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نکلے پھر واپس گئے، دوبارہ نکلے تو لوگ بیٹھے ہوئے تھے۔ گویا آپ کے چہرے پر ناگواری کے آثار دیکھے گئے، (اس وجہ سے) پردے کی آیت نازل ہوئی : { یَا أَیُّہَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَدْخُلُوا بُیُوتَ النَّبِیِّ إِلاَّ أَنْ یُؤْذَنَ لَکُمْ }
(13362) Anas (RA) farmate hain ki Zainab bint Jahsh baqi biwiyon par fakhr karti thin ke Allah Ta'ala ne mera nikah aasman par kiya hai aur un ke bare mein parday ki ayat nazil hui. Rawi kehta hai ki log Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke ghar mein baithe hue the ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) nikle phir wapas gaye, dobara nikle to log baithe hue the. Goya aap ke chehre par naguwari ke asar dekhe gaye, (is wajah se) parday ki ayat nazil hui : { Ya ayyuhal lazeena amano la tadkhulu buyutan nabiyyi illa an yu'zana lakum }.
١٣٣٦٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ،ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ طَهْمَانَ قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ: كَانَتْ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ جَحْشٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا تَفْتَخِرُ عَلَى أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَقُولُ: إِنَّ اللهَ أَنْكَحَنِي مِنَ السَّمَاءِ،وَفِيهَا نَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْحِجَابِ قَالَ:فَقَعَدَ الْقَوْمُ فِي بَيْتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَخَرَجَ، فَجَاءَ وَالْقَوْمُ كَمَا هُمْ، فَرُئِيَ ذَلِكَ فِي وَجْهِهِ، فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْحِجَابِ{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ النَّبِيِّ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ}[الأحزاب: ٥٣]رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَهْمَانَ
