Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13732
(13732) Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) considered the marriage of a slave without the permission of his master as adultery and said: Punishment should be given to the one who performs such a marriage.

(١٣٧٣٢) ابن عمر (رض) غلام کا نکاح مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر زنا سمجھتے تھے اور فرماتے : اس کو سزا دی جائے جو ایسی شادی کرے۔
(13732) ibne umar (rz) ghulam ka nikah malik ki ijazat ke baghair zina samajhte thay aur farmate : is ko saza di jaye jo aisi shadi kare.
١٣٧٣٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَرَى" أَنَّ نِكَاحَ الْعَبْدِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ زِنًا وَيُعَاقَبُ مَنْ زَوَّجَهُ "
