Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13908
Imran bin Husain said regarding a man who married a woman and then divorced her before consummation or she died, that it is not permissible for him to marry her mother, whether he divorced her or she died. This is the opinion of Hasan and Qatadah.

(١٣٩٠٨) حضرت عمران بن حصین نے ایک شخص کے بارے میں فرمایا جس نے کسی عورت سے شادی کی پھر دخول سے پہلے اس کو طلاق دی یا وہ فوت ہوگئی تو اس شخص کے لیے اس کی والدہ سے نکاح کرنا جائز نہیں ہے، چاہے طلاق دے یا فوت ہوجائے۔ یہ حضرت حسن اور قتادہ کا قول ہے۔
(13908) Hazrat Imran bin Haseen ne aik shakhs ke bare mein farmaya jis ne kisi aurat se shadi ki phir dakhool se pehle us ko talaq di ya woh foot hogayi to us shakhs ke liye us ki walida se nikah karna jaiz nahi hai, chahe talaq de ya foot hojaye. Yeh Hazrat Hassan aur Qatada ka qaul hai.
