Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14239
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “No disease is contagious, nor is it permissible to bring a sick person to a healthy one so that the healthy one may stay wherever he wishes.” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah! What is the reason for this?” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is a hardship.”

(١٤٢٣٩) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی بیماری متعدی نہیں ہوتی اور نہ ہی مریض کو تندرست کے پاس لانا جائز ہے تاکہ تندرست جہاں چاہے رہے، کہا گیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! اس کی کیا وجہ ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ تکلیف ہے۔
(14239) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Koi bimari mutaadi nahi hoti aur na hi mareed ko tandarust ke paas lana jaiz hai taake tandarust jahan chahe rahe, kaha gaya: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Is ki kya wajah hai? Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Yeh takleef hai.
١٤٢٣٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ،وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ،عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا يَحِلُّ الْمُمْرِضُ عَلَى الْمُصِحِّ وَلْيَحِلَّ الْمُصِحُّ حَيْثُ شَاءَ "قِيلَ: مَا بَالُ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟قَالَ:" إِنَّهُ أَذًى "
