Chapter on what is mentioned in the verse: 'And you will never be able to be equal between wives, even if you should strive. So do not incline completely [toward one] and leave another hanging.'

(14747) Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that during his fatal illness, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent a message to the women. When they all gathered, he said, "I no longer have the strength to come to all of you. If you permit me to remain with Aisha, then..." They gave him permission. Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said that when he (the Prophet) was asked who among the people he loved most, he replied, "Aisha".

(١٤٧٤٧) حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنی مرض الموت میں عورتوں کو پیغام بھیجا، وہ ساری جمع ہوئیں تو آپ نے فرمایا کہ اب میں تمام کے پاس آنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتا۔ اگر تم مجھے عائشہ کے پاس رہنے کی اجازت دے دو تو انھوں نے اجازت دے دی۔ امام شافعی (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سوال کیا گیا کہ لوگوں میں سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو زیادہ محبوب کون ہے فرمایا : عائشہ۔
14747 Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) farmati hain keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apni marz-ul-maut mein auraton ko paigham bheja, woh sari jama hui to aap ne farmaya keh ab mein tamam ke paas aane ki taqat nahin rakhta. Agar tum mujhe Ayesha ke paas rehne ki ijazat de do to unhon ne ijazat de di. Imam Shafai (Rah) farmate hain keh jab aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se sawal kiya gaya keh logon mein se aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko zyada mehboob kon hai farmaya: Ayesha.
١٤٧٤٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نا مُسَدَّدٌ، نا مَرْحُومُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَطَّارُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ بَابَنُوسَ،عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَاجْتَمَعْنَ فَقَالَ:" إِنِّي لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ أَدُورَ بَيْنَكُنَّ فَإِنْ رَأَيْتُنَّ أَنْ تَأْذَنَّ لِي أَنْ أَكُونَ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ فَعَلْتُنَّ "فَأَذِنَّ لَهُ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ:" وَبَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ فَقِيلَ أِيُّ النَّاسِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ؟فَقَالَ:"عَائِشَةُ "
