Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15724
Bifahtima bint Qais narrated that her husband divorced her by uttering three divorces. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not fix any dwelling or provision for me. This has been narrated by Muslim from Halwani in his Sahih.

(١٥٧٢٤) بھیفاطمہ بنت قیس سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے میرے خاوند نے تین طلاقیں دیں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے میرے لیے رہائش اور خرچہ مقرر نہیں کیا۔ اس کو مسلم نے حلوانی سے اپنی صحیح میں روایت کیا ہے۔

١٥٧٢٤ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، نا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ،عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ:طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا" فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً "رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنِ الْحُلْوَانِيِّ وَرَوَاهُ غَيْرُ يَحْيَى بْنِ آدَمَ كَمَا
