Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16022
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Abu Jahm to collect charity. A man made some excuses and arguments, so Abu Jahm hit him and injured him. He came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and demanded retribution. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Take this and this." He refused. Then you (the Prophet) said: "Take this and this too." He still refused. Then you said: "Take this and this too." He agreed. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I will deliver a sermon to the people in the evening and tell them about your consent." He said: "Alright." You delivered the sermon in the evening and said that these people of Lith came to me for retribution, and I offered them this and this, and they agreed. Are you satisfied?" They replied: "No." By "they" he meant the Muhajireen (emigrants). So you (the Prophet) said: "Stop them." So they were stopped. Then they were called and given more, and they agreed. You then delivered the sermon in the evening and informed them of their consent and asked: "Are you satisfied?" They replied: "Yes, we are satisfied."

(١٦٠٢٢) عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ابو جہم کو صدقہ لینے کے لیے بھیجا۔ ایک شخص نے کچھ حیل و حجت کی تو ابو جہم نے اسے مارا اور زخمی کردیا۔ وہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے اور قصاص کا مطالبہ کردیا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم یہ یہ لے لو۔ وہ نہ مانے پھر آپ نے فرمایا : یہ یہ بھی لے لو، وہ پھر بھی نہ مانے۔ پھر آپ نے فرمایا : یہ یہ بھی لے لو، وہ راضی ہوگئے۔ تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں شام کو لوگوں کو خطبہ دوں گا اور تمہاری رضا مندی کے بارے میں انھیں بتادوں گا۔ انھوں نے کہا : ٹھیک ہے۔ آپ نے شام کو خطبہ دیا اور فرمایا کہ یہ لیثی لوگ میرے پاس قصاص کے لیے آئے تھے، میں نے انھیں اس اس کی پیش کش کی تو یہ راضی ہوگئے کیا تم راضی ہو ؟ انھوں نے جواب دیا : نہیں۔ اس سے ان کی مراد مہاجرین تھے۔ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ ان سے روک دو تو روک لیا گیا۔ پھر انھیں بلایا اور زیادہ دیا تو وہ راضی ہوگئے۔ آپ نے پھر شام کو خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا اور انھیں ان کی رضا مندی کی اطلاع دی اور پوچھا : کیا تم راضی ہو تو انھوں نے جواب دیا : جی ہاں ہم راضی ہیں۔
(16022) Ayesha (rz) farmati hain keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Abu Jahm ko sadqa lene ke liye bheja. Ek shakhs ne kuchh hail o hujjat ki to Abu Jahm ne usay mara aur zakhmi kardiya. Woh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas aaye aur qisas ka mutalba kardiya. Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Tum yeh yeh le lo. Woh na maane phir aap ne farmaya : Yeh yeh bhi le lo, woh phir bhi na maane. Phir aap ne farmaya : Yeh yeh bhi le lo, woh razi hogaye. To Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Main sham ko logon ko khutba dun ga aur tumhari raza mandi ke bare mein unhen bata dun ga. Unhon ne kaha : Theek hai. Aap ne sham ko khutba diya aur farmaya keh yeh laithi log mere paas qisas ke liye aaye the, main ne unhen is is ki peshkash ki to yeh razi hogaye kya tum razi ho? Unhon ne jawab diya : Nahin. Is se un ki murad muhajireen the. To aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya keh un se rok do to rok liya gaya. Phir unhen bulaya aur ziada diya to woh razi hogaye. Aap ne phir sham ko khutba irshad farmaya aur unhen un ki raza mandi ki ittila di aur pucha : Kya tum razi ho to unhon ne jawab diya : Ji han hum razi hain.
١٦٠٢٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ ⦗٨٨⦘ عَائِشَةَ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ أَبَا جَهْمِ بْنَ حُذَيْفَةَ مُصَدِّقًا فَلَاجَّهُ رَجُلٌ فِي صَدَقَةٍ فَضَرَبَهُ أَبُو جَهْمٍ فَشَجَّهُ،فَأَتَوَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالُوا:الْقَوَدَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا "، فَلَمْ يَرْضَوْا،فَقَالَ:" لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا "، فَلَمْ يَرْضَوْا،فَقَالَ:" لَكُمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا "،فَرَضُوا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنِّي خَاطِبٌ الْعَشِيَّةَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَمُخْبِرُهُمْ بِرِضَاكُمْ "فَقَالُوا: نَعَمْ فَخَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" إِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ اللَّيْثِيِّينَ أَتَوْنِي يُرِيدُونَ الْقَوَدَ فَعَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَرَضُوا، أَفَرَضِيتُمْ؟ "قَالُوا: لَا، فَهَمَّ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ بِهِمْ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَكُفُّوا عَنْهُمْ، فَكَفُّوا عَنْهُمْ،ثُمَّ دَعَاهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ فَقَالَ:" أَرَضِيتُمْ؟ "قَالُوا: نَعَمْ،قَالَ:" إِنِّي خَاطِبٌ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَمُخْبِرُهُمْ بِرِضَاكُمْ "،قَالُوا:نَعَمْ فَخَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" أَرَضِيتُمْ؟ "،قَالُوا:نَعَمْ
