Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 1641
(1641) (a) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidah 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that Umm Habibah bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her) suffered from istihadah (non-menstrual bleeding) during the lifetime of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded her to perform ghusl (ritual bath) for every prayer. (b) Imam Abu Dawud narrates on the authority of Sayyidah 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that Zaynab bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her) suffered from istihadah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: "Perform ghusl for every prayer." (c) It is narrated on the authority of Imam Abu Dawud that Sulayman bin Kathir said: "She should perform ghusl for every prayer. This is the delusion of Abdus Samad." (d) The Shaykh (most likely referring to a respected scholar) said: "The narration of Abu Walid is not preserved."

(١٦٤١) (الف) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ام حبیبہ بنت جحش (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے زمانہ میں مستحاضہ ہوگئیں تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں ہر نماز کے لیے غسل کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ (ب) امام ابوداؤد فرماتے ہیں کہ سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ زینب بنت جحش (رض) مستحاضہ ہوگئیں تو انھیں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا ہر نماز کے لیے غسل کر۔ (ج) امام ابوداؤد سے روایت ہے کہ سلیمان بن کثیر کہتے ہیں : وہ ہر نماز کے لیے غسل کرے۔ یہ عبدالصمد کا وہم ہے۔ (د) شیخ کہتے ہیں : ابو ولید کی روایت محفوظ نہیں۔
(1641) (alif) Sayyidah Ayesha (raz) se riwayat hai ki Umm Habibah bint Jahsh (raz) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke zamanay mein mustahaza hogayin to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unhen har namaz ke liye ghusl karne ka hukm diya. (b) Imam Abu Dawud farmate hain ki Sayyidah Ayesha (raz) se riwayat hai ki Zaynab bint Jahsh (raz) mustahaza hogayin to unhen Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya har namaz ke liye ghusl kar. (j) Imam Abu Dawud se riwayat hai ki Sulaiman bin Kathir kahte hain: Woh har namaz ke liye ghusl kare. Yeh Abdul Samad ka wahm hai. (d) Sheikh kahte hain: Abu Waleed ki riwayat mahfooz nahin.
١٦٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا هَنَّادٌ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتَ جَحْشٍ ⦗٥١٦⦘ اسْتُحِيضَتْ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَمَرَهَا بِالْغُسْلِ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ" وَقَالَ: وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ،قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ:وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ مِنْهُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ،عَنْ عَائِشَةَ:اسْتُحِيضَتْ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ جَحْشٍ فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "اغْتَسِلِي لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ " وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ،عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ:تَوَضَّئِي لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ وَهَذَا وَهْمٌ مِنْ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ وَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَرِوَايَةُ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ أَيْضًا غَيْرُ مَحْفُوظَةٍ فَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيَمَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ كَمَا رَوَاهُ سَائِرُ النَّاسِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
