Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18275
(18275) Abdullah bin Rabah Ansari narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered Makkah, he sent Zubair bin Awwam, Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah and Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with them) with the army and said: "O Abu Hurairah! Announce to the Ansar to take this route." So the announcer announced that there would be no Quraysh after today. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever enters his house will have security. Whoever lays down his arms will also have security." So the chiefs of Quraysh entered the Kaaba and filled it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Tawaf and prayed behind Maqam Ibrahim. Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) held the door frame, so they came out and pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on Islam. (b) Qasim bin Salam bin Miskin narrated from his father with the same chain of narration that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the Kaaba and held the two arms of the door frame and said: "What do you say? What do you think?" They said: "We say: The nephew and the son of the uncle is forbearing and merciful." The narrator said that they said this three times, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I say the same thing that Joseph (peace be upon him) said: { قَالَ لَا تَثْرِیْبَ عَلَیْکُمُ الْیَوْمَ یَغْفِرُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمْ وَ ھُوَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِیْنَ ۔ } [Yusuf 92] “He said, ‘No blame will there be upon you today. May Allah forgive you; and He is the Most Merciful of the merciful.’” The narrator said that they came out as if they had been raised from graves, and they accepted Islam.

(١٨٢٧٥) عبداللہ بن رباح انصاری حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب مکہ میں داخل ہوئے تو زبیر بن عوام، ابو عبیدہ بن جراح اور خالد بن ولید (رض) کو لشکر پر روانہ فرمایا اور فرمایا : اے ابوہریرہ ! انصار کو آواز دو کہ تم اس راستہ پر چلو۔ تو اعلان کرنے والے نے اعلان کیا کہ آج کے بعد قریش نہ ہوں گے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو اپنے گھر میں داخل ہوگیا اس کو امان ہے۔ جس نے ہتھیار پھینک دیے اس کو بھی امن ہے تو قریشی سردار کعبہ میں داخل ہوگئے اور کعبہ ان سے بھر گیا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے طواف کیا اور مقام ابراہیم کے پیچھے نماز پڑھی۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دروازے کی چوکھٹ کو پکڑا تو انھوں نے نکل کر نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی اسلام پر بیعت کی۔ (ب) قاسم بن سلام بن مسکین اپنے والد سے اسی سند سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کعبہ میں آئے اور دروازے کی چوکھٹ کے دو بازؤں کو پکڑا اور فرمایا : تم کیا کہتے ہو، تمہارا کیا گمان ہے ؟ انھوں نے کہا : ہم کہتے ہیں : بھتیجا اور چچے کا بیٹا بردبار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے یہ بات تین مرتبہ کہی تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں وہی بات کہتا ہوں جو یوسف (علیہ السلام) نے کہی تھی : { قَالَ لَا تَثْرِیْبَ عَلَیْکُمُ الْیَوْمَ یَغْفِرُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمْ وَ ھُوَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِیْنَ ۔ } [یوسف ٩٢] ” فرمایا : تمہارے اوپر کوئی سرزنش نہیں، اللہ تمہیں معاف فرمائے، وہ سب سے زیادہ رحم کرنے والا ہے۔ “ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ وہ نکلے جیسے قبروں سے اٹھائے گئے ہوں اور انھوں نے اسلام قبول کرلیا۔
(18275) Abdullah bin Rabah Ansari Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Razi Allah Anhu) se naqal farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) jab Makkah mein dakhil huye to Zubair bin Awwam, Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah aur Khalid bin Waleed (Razi Allah Anhum) ko lashkar par rawana farmaya aur farmaya: Aye Abu Hurairah! Ansar ko aawaz do ki tum is raaste par chalo. To elaan karne wale ne elaan kiya ki aaj ke baad Quresh na honge. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo apne ghar mein dakhil hogaya usko aman hai. Jisne hathiyar phenk diye usko bhi aman hai to Qureshi sardar Kaaba mein dakhil hogaye aur Kaaba unse bhar gaya. Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne tawaaf kiya aur Maqaam Ibrahim ke peeche namaz padhi. Phir Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne darwaze ki chaukhat ko pakda to unhon ne nikal kar Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki Islam par bai'at ki. (b) Qasim bin Salam bin Miskin apne walid se isi sanad se naqal farmate hain ki Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Kaaba mein aaye aur darwaze ki chaukhat ke do bazuwon ko pakda aur farmaya: Tum kya kahte ho, tumhara kya gumaan hai? Unhon ne kaha: Hum kahte hain: Bhatija aur chache ka beta burdbaad raham karne wala hai. Rawi kahte hain ki unhon ne ye baat teen martaba kahi to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Mein wohi baat kahta hun jo Yusuf (Alaihissalam) ne kahi thi: { Qala la tathreeba alaikumul yawma yaghfirullahu lakum wa Huwa Arhamar Rahimeen } [Yusuf 92] ” Farmaya: Tumhare upar koi sarzanish nahin, Allah tumhen maaf farmaye, woh sabse zyada raham karne wala hai. “ Rawi kahte hain ki woh nikle jaise qabron se uthaye gaye hon aur unhon ne Islam qubool karliya.
١٨٢٧٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا سَلَّامُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ، ثنا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ سَرَّحَ الزُّبَيْرَ بْنَ الْعَوَّامِ وَأَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ بْنَ الْجَرَّاحِ وَخَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ عَلَى الْخَيْلِ،وَقَالَ:" يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ اهْتِفْ بِالْأَنْصَارِ ".قَالَ:" اسْلُكُوا هَذَا الطَّرِيقَ فَلَا يُشْرِفَنَّ لَكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا أَنَمْتُمُوهُ ".فَنَادَى مُنَادٍ:لَا قُرَيْشَ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ.فَقَالَ ⦗٢٠٠⦘ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ دَخَلَ دَارًا فَهُوَ آمِنٌ، وَمَنْ أَلْقَى السِّلَاحَ فَهُوَ آمِنٌ ". وَعَمَدَ صَنَادِيدُ قُرَيْشٍ فَدَخَلُوا الْكَعْبَةَ فَغُصَّ بِهِمْ وَطَافَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَصَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِجَنْبَيِ الْبَابِ فَخَرَجُوا فَبَايَعُوا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ،زَادَ فِيهِ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَلَّامِ بْنِ مِسْكِينٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ:ثُمَّ أَتَى الْكَعْبَةَ فَأَخَذَ بِعِضَادَتَيِ الْبَابِ فَقَالَ:" مَا تَقُولُونَ وَمَا تَظُنُّونَ "؟قَالُوا:نَقُولُ: ابْنُ أَخٍ وَابْنُ عَمٍّ حَلِيمٌ رَحِيمٌ.قَالَ:وَقَالُوا ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثًا،فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" أَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ يُوسُفُ:{لَا تَثْرِيبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْيَوْمَ يَغْفِرُ اللهُ لَكُمْ وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ}[يوسف: ٩٢].قَالَ:فَخَرَجُوا كَأَنَّمَا نُشِرُوا مِنَ الْقُبُورِ فَدَخَلُوا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ.١٨٢٧٦ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أنبأ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ.وَفِيمَا حَكَى الشَّافِعِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ فِي هَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهُمْ حِينَ اجْتَمَعُوا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ:"مَا تَرَوْنَ أَنِّي صَانِعٌ بِكُمْ؟" قَالُوا: خَيْرًا، أَخٌ كَرِيمٌ وَابْنُ أَخٍ كَرِيمٍ.قَالَ:"اذْهَبُوا فَأَنْتُمُ الطُّلَقَاءُ".قَالَ الشَّيْخُ:وَإِنَّمَا أَطْلَقَهُمْ بِالْأَمَانِ الْأَوَّلِ الَّذِي عَقَدَهُ عَلَى شَرْطِ قَبُولِهِمْ،فَلَمَّا قَبِلُوهُ قَالَ:"أَنْتُمُ الطُّلَقَاءُ ". يَعْنِي بِالْأَمَانِ الْأَوَّلِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
