Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18822
(18822) Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent his maternal uncle Haram, the brother of Umm Sulaim, among the seventy men who were martyred at Bir Ma'una. The chief of the polytheists, Amir bin Tufayl, came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: I give you the choice of three things: 1. You take for yourself Badr and my companions who stay at home, 2. I will be the Caliph after you, 3. I will fight you with a thousand young men, red and white in complexion. The narrator says: He was stabbed with a spear in the house of Banu Fulan or he contracted the plague in the house of a woman from Banu Fulan. He asked for his horse and Amir bin Tufayl died while mounting his horse. So Haram, the brother of Umm Sulaim, went with two other men, one lame and the other from the tribe of Banu Fulan. The narrator says that the two of them came near me. I went to them and said: If you give me refuge, you will get it, and if they kill me, you may go to your companions. Haram went to them and said: I give you the message of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Will you believe? They agreed. So Haram started preaching to them. Meanwhile, they made someone attack him from behind. He struck Haram with a spear and killed him. Hamam says: I think that when he was stabbed, he said: Allahu Akbar, by the Lord of the Kaaba, I have succeeded. That man killed the rest of them as well, except the lame one, because he was on top of the mountain. (B) Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he was brought to us, then this matter was abrogated that we met Allah, the Lord of Glory, He was pleased with us and we were pleased with Him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) invoked curse upon the tribes of Ra'l and Dhakwan, the sons of Lihyan, for seventy days because they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.

(١٨٨٢٢) حضرت انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کے ماموں حرام جو ام سلیم کے بھائی تھے، ان ستر آدمیوں میں روانہ کیا جو بئر ممونہپر قتل کردیے گئے۔ مشرکین کا رئیس عامر بن طفیل نبی کے پاس آیا، اس نے کہا : میں تجھے تین چیزوں میں اختیار دیتا ہوں، 1 آپ کے لیے بدر اور میرے ساتھی گھروں میں رہنے والے لوگ، 2 آپ کے بعد میں خلیفہ ہوں گا، 3 میں تیرے ساتھ ایک ہزار سرخ وسفید رنگت والے نوجوانوں کے ساتھ جنگ کروں گا۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : بنو فلاں کے گھر اس کو نیزہ مارا گیا یا بنوفلاں قبیلے کی عورت کے گھر میں وہ طاعون کی بیماری میں مبتلا ہوگیا، اس نے اپنا گھوڑا منگوایا تو عامر بن طفیل اپنے گھوڑے پر سوار ہی فوت ہوگیا، تو ام سلیم کے بھائی حرام اور اس کے ساتھ دو شخص اور بھی چلے، ایک لنگڑا اور ایک بنو فلاں قبیلے کا شخص۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ وہ دونوں میرے قریب آگئے۔ میں ان کے پاس گیا اور کہا : اگر تم نے مجھے پناہ دے دی تو تمہیں ملے گا اور اگر انھوں نے مجھے قتل کردیا تو تم اپنے ساتھیوں کے پاس چلے جانا۔ حرام ان کے پاس آگئے، کہنے لگے : میں تمہیں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا پیغام دیتا ہوں۔ کیا تم ایمان لاؤ گے، انھوں نے حامی بھری تو حرام نے ان کو وعظ شروع کردیا جبکہ انھوں نے کسی شخص کو پیچھے سے اتارا اس نے نیزہ مار کر حرام کو ہلاک کردیا۔ ھمام کہتے ہیں : میرا گمان ہے کہ جب اسے نیزہ لگا، اس نے کہا : اللہ اکبر رب کعبہ کی قسم میں کامیاب ہوگیا، اس شخص نے باقی افراد کو بھی قتل کر ڈالا، سوائے اعرج کے، کیونکہ وہ پہاڑ کی چوٹی پر تھے۔ (ب) حضرت انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ ہمارے پاس لایا گیا، پھر یہ بات منسوخ ہوگئی کہ ہماری ملاقات اللہ رب العزت سے ہوئی، وہ ہم سے راضی اور ہم اس سے راضی تھے، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ٧٠ دن رعل وذکوان بنو لحیان قبیلوں پر بدعا کی کیونکہ انھوں نے اللہ ورسول کی نافرمانی کی تھی۔
(18822) Hazrat Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne uske mamun Haram jo Umme Sulaim ke bhai the, un sattar aadmiyon mein rawana kiya jo Bir Maunah par qatl kar diye gaye. Mushrikeen ka rais Aamir bin Tufail Nabi ke pass aaya, usne kaha: mein tujhe teen cheezon mein ikhtiyar deta hun, 1 aap ke liye Badr aur mere saathi gharon mein rehne wale log, 2 aap ke baad mein khalifa hunga, 3 mein tere saath ek hazaar surkh o safaid rangat wale naujawanon ke saath jang karunga. Rawi kehte hain: Banu Fulan ke ghar usko neza mara gaya ya Banu Fulan qabile ki aurat ke ghar mein woh taun ki bimari mein mubtala hogaya, usne apna ghora mangwaya to Aamir bin Tufail apne ghore par sawar hi faut hogaya, to Umme Sulaim ke bhai Haram aur uske saath do shakhs aur bhi chale, ek langra aur ek Banu Fulan qabile ka shakhs. Rawi kehte hain ke woh dono mere qareeb aa gaye. Mein unke pass gaya aur kaha: agar tumne mujhe panah de di to tumhein milega aur agar unhon ne mujhe qatl kar diya to tum apne saathiyon ke pass chale jana. Haram unke pass aa gaye, kehne lage: mein tumhein Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ka paigham deta hun. Kya tum imaan laoge, unhon ne haami bhari to Haram ne unko waz shuru kar diya jabke unhon ne kisi shakhs ko peechhe se utara usne neza maar kar Haram ko halak kar diya. Hamam kehte hain: mera gumaan hai ke jab use neza laga, usne kaha: Allah-o-Akbar Rab-e-Kaaba ki qasam mein kaamyab hogaya, us shakhs ne baqi afrad ko bhi qatl kar dala, siwaye araj ke, kyunki woh pahad ki choti par the. (b) Hazrat Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ke woh humare pass laya gaya, phir yeh baat mansukh hogayi ke hamari mulaqat Allah Rab-ul-Izzat se hui, woh humse raazi aur hum usse raazi the, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne 70 din Raal o Zakwan Banu Lihyan qabilon par baddua ki kyunki unhon ne Allah o Rasool ki nafarmani ki thi.
١٨٨٢٢ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدُوسٍ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ،قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ خَالَهُ وَكَانَ اسْمُهُ حَرَامًا أَخَا أُمِّ سَلِيمٍ فِي سَبْعِينَ رَجُلًا فَقُتِلُوا يَوْمَ بِئْرِ مَعُونَةَ، وَكَانَ رَئِيسُ الْمُشْرِكِينَ عَامِرَ بْنَ الطُّفَيْلِ،وَكَانَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:أُخَيِّرُكَ بَيْنَ ثَلَاثِ خِصَالٍ: أَنْ يَكُونَ لَكَ أَهْلُ السَّهْلِ وَلِي أَهْلُ الْمَدَرِ، وَأَكُونَ خَلِيفَتَكَ مِنْ بَعْدِكَ أَوْ أَغْزُوَكَ بِغَطَفَانَ بِأَلْفِ أَشْقَرَ وَأَلْفِ شَقْرَاءَ.قَالَ:فَطُعِنَ فِي بَيْتِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ فَقَالَ: غُدَّةٌ كَغُدَّةِ الْبَكْرِ فِي بَيْتِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ، ائْتُونِي بِفَرَسِي، فَرَكِبَهُ فَمَاتَ عَلَى ظَهْرِ فَرَسِهِ فَانْطَلَقَ حَرَامٌ أَخُو أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ وَرَجُلَانِ مَعَهُ رَجُلٌ أَعْرَجُ وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي فُلَانٍ،قَالَ:كُونَا، يَعْنِي قَرِيبًا مِنِّي حَتَّى آتِيَهُمْ، فَإِنْ أَمَّنُونِي كُنْتُ كَذَا، وَإِنْ قَتَلُونِي أَتَيْتُمْ أَصْحَابَكُمْ،فَأَتَاهُمْ حَرَامٌ فَقَالَ:أَتُؤَمِّنُونَنِي أُبَلِّغْكُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟قَالُوا:نَعَمْ. فَجَعَلَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ، وَأَوْمَوْا إِلَى رَجُلٍ فَأَتَاهُ مِنْ خَلْفِهِ فَطَعَنْهُ.قَالَ هَمَّامٌ:أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ: فَأَنْفَذَهُ بِالرُّمْحِ،فَقَالَ:اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فُزْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ، فَلَحِقَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَتَلَ كُلَّهُمْ إِلَّا الْأَعْرَجَ كَانَ فِي رَأْسِ الْجَبَلِ.قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ:فَحَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ،ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الْمَنْسُوخِ:" إِنَّا قَدْ لَقِينَا رَبَّنَا فَرَضِيَ عَنْا وَأَرْضَانَا "، فَدَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعِينَ صَبَاحًا عَلَى رِعْلٍ وَذَكْوَانَ وَبَنِي لِحْيَانَ وَعُصَيَّةَ عَصَتِ اللهَ وَرَسُولَهُ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ
