Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 19424
`Abdul Rahman bin Hasnah narrated that we felt hungry during a journey, so we stopped at a place where lizards were commonly found. The cooking pots were simmering with lizard meat. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The nation of Israel were transformed (into animals in this world) and I fear that these might be from among them." So, we overturned the pots.`

(١٩٤٢٤) عبدالرحمن بن حسنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمیں سفر میں بھوک لگ گئی تو ہم نے ایسی جگہ پڑاؤ کیا جہاں گوہ عام پائی جاتی تھی تو ہنڈیاں گوہ کے گوشت کے ساتھ جوش مار رہی تھیں ۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ بنی اسرائیل کی امت کی شکلیں تبدیل کی گئیں اور میں ڈرتا ہوں کہ کہیں یہ اس میں سے نہ ہو تو ہم نے ہنڈیاں انڈیل دیں۔
19424 Abdulrahman bin Hasna farmate hain ke humein safar mein bhook lag gayi to hum ne aisi jaga pardaav kiya jahan ghoh aam paai jati thi to handiyan ghoh ke gosht ke saath josh maar rahi thin. Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya ke Bani Israel ki ummat ki shaklein tabdeel ki gayin aur main darta hun ke kahin ye is mein se na ho to hum ne handiyan undel din.
١٩٤٢٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّاغَانِيُّ، ثنا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ،عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ:كُنَّا فِي سَفَرٍ فَأَصَابَنَا جُوعٌ، فَنَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلًا كَثِيرَ الضِّبَابِ،فَبَيْنَمَا الْقُدُورُ تَغْلِي بِهَا إِذْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّهُ مُسِخَتْ أُمَّةٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَأَخَافُ أَنْ تَكُونَ هَذِهِ "، فَأَكْفَيْنَا الْقُدُورَ. كَذَا رَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ زَيْدٍ
