Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 20183
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah, the Exalted, will question His servant on the Day of Judgment until He asks: 'When you saw evil, why did you not forbid it?' When Allah, the Exalted, will complete His arguments against His servant, he will say: 'I hoped for Your Mercy and I feared the people.'”

(٢٠١٨٣) ابوسعید خدری (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ رب العزت قیامت کے دن اپنے بندے سے پوچھے گا، یہاں تک کہ اللہ پوچھیں گے : جب تو نے برائی کو دیکھا تو تو نے منع نہ کیا۔ جب اللہ رب العزت اپنے دلائل کو بندے پر ڈالیں گے تو بندہ کہے گا : میں تجھ سے امید کرتا ہوں اور لوگوں سے ڈرتا تھا۔
(20183) Abusaid Khudri (RA) Nabi (SAW) se naql farmate hain ki aap (SAW) ne farmaya : Allah Rab ul Izzat qayamat ke din apne bande se puche ga, yahan tak ki Allah puche ge : Jab tune burai ko dekha to tune mana na kiya. Jab Allah Rab ul Izzat apne dalail ko bande par dalen ge to banda kahe ga : Main tujh se umeed karta hun aur logon se darta tha.
٢٠١٨٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي طُوَالَةَ، عَنْ نَهَارٍ الْعَبْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ،عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِنَّ اللهَ لِيَسْأَلُ الْعَبْدَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ،حَتَّى يَسْأَلَ:مَا مَنَعَكَ إِذْ رَأَيْتَ مُنْكَرًا أَنْ تُنْكِرَهُ؟ فَإِذَا لَقَّنَ اللهُ الْعَبْدَ حُجَّتَهُ،قَالَ:"يَا رَبِّ، رَجَوْتُكَ، وَخِفْتُ النَّاسَ "
