باب لا تفريط على من نام عن صلاة، أو نسيها حتى ذهب وقتها، وعليه قضاؤها إذا ذكرها، لا كفارة لها إلا ذلك

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3171
Abu Qatada (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that once we were on a journey with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) at night and we said: “O Messenger of Allah, if you could permit us to stop here.” Then, he mentioned the complete hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his companions missing the prayer because of sleep. In it, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah kept your souls in His grip as long as He wished, and then released them when He wished. Then you commanded them (your souls) to go out for relieving themselves, then you performed ablution and the sun had risen. Then you offered the prayer.”

(٣١٧١) حضرت ابوقتادہ (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ہم ایک رات رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ سفر میں تھے تو ہم نے عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! اگر آپ ہمیں قیام کی اجازت دے دیں ؟ پھر انھوں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور صحابہ کی نیند کی وجہ سے نماز رہ جانے والی مکمل حدیث ذکر کی۔۔۔ اس میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے جب تک چاہا تمہاری روحوں کو روکے رکھا اور جب چاہا چھوڑ دیا۔ پھر آپ نے انھیں حکم دیا کہ وہ قضائے حاجت کو نکل گئے، پھر انھوں نے وضو کیا اور سورج بلند ہوچکا تھا۔ پھر آپ نے انھیں نماز پڑھائی۔
(3171) Hazrat Abu Qatada (RA) bayan karte hain ke hum ek raat Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath safar mein the to hum ne arz kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Agar aap hamein qayam ki ijazat de dein? Phir unhon ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aur Sahaba ki neend ki wajah se namaz reh jane wali mukammal hadees zikar ki... Is mein hai ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ne jab tak chaha tumhari rohon ko roke rakha aur jab chaha chhor diya. Phir aap ne unhein hukm diya ke woh qaza e hajat ko nikal gaye, phir unhon ne wazu kiya aur sooraj buland ho chuka tha. Phir aap ne unhein namaz parhai.
٣١٧١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَنِيعِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَشُجَاعُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ،قَالَا:ثنا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، أنبأ حُصَيْنٌ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ،عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:سَرَيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَنَحْنُ فِي سَفَرٍ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ،فَقُلْنَا:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَوْ عَرَّسْتَ بِنَا فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي نَوْمِهِمْ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ،فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ اللهَ قَبَضَ أَرْوَاحَكُمْ حِينَ شَاءَ، وَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْكُمْ حِينَ شَاءَ "ثُمَّ أَمَرَهُمْ فَانْتَشَرُوا لِحَاجَتِهِمْ وَتَوَضَّئُوا وَارْتَفَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ
