Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3817
Narrated Imran bin Husain: The Prophet (ﷺ) prayed three rak`ahs of the `Asr prayer, then he entered (his house). Khariq (a man with a deformed leg) stood up while Dhul-Yadain was saying, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Has the prayer been shortened?" The Prophet (ﷺ) came out furious, dragging his sheet and asked the people (about it). They informed him, whereupon he offered the remaining rak`ah of the prayer, then finished it with taslim and performed two prostrations and then again finished the prayer with taslim.

(٣٨١٧) حضرت عمران بن حصین (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عصر کی نماز کی صرف تین رکعتیں پڑھیں، اس کے بعد گھر تشریف لے گئے۔ حضرت خرباق (رض) کھڑے ہوئے۔ ذوالیدین پکاررہا تھا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا نماز کم ہوگئی ہے ؟ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) غصے میں چادر گھسیٹتے ہوئے نکل آئے اور لوگوں سے پوچھا، انھوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بتایا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جو رکعت رہ گئی تھی وہ ادا کی۔ پھر سلام پھیرا اور دو سجدے کر کے دوبارہ سلام پھیرا۔
3817 Hazrat Imran bin Husain (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi (SAW) ne Asr ki namaz ki sirf teen rakaten parhin, iske baad ghar tashreef le gaye. Hazrat Kharbaq (RA) kharay huye. Zualaydain pukar raha tha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Kya namaz kam hogayi hai? Rasool Allah (SAW) ghusse mein chadar ghaseette huye nikal aaye aur logon se poocha, unhon ne aap (SAW) ko bataya to aap (SAW) ne jo rakat reh gayi thi woh ada ki. Phir salam phayra aur do sajday kar ke dobara salam phayra.
٣٨١٧ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ،وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ،عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ:سَلَّمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ثَلَاثِ رَكَعَاتٍ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَدَخَلَ الْحُجْرَةَ فَقَامَ الْخِرْبَاقُ رَجُلٌ بَسِيطُ الْيَدَيْنِ،فَنَادَى:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَقَصُرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ؟ فَخَرَجَ مُغْضَبًا يَجُرُّ رِدَاءَهُ، فَسَأَلَ، فَأُخْبِرَ، فَصَلَّى تِلْكَ الرَّكْعَةِ الَّتِي كَانَ تَرَكَ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ " رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الثَّقَفِيِّ
