Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4142
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: We were sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the mosque when a Bedouin came in and started urinating in the mosque. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) were about to stop him but the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Leave him.” So they left him until he finished urinating. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “These mosques are not the place for urine or filth, but they are built for the remembrance of Allah, prayer, and the recitation of the Quran,” or as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded a man to bring a bucket of water and he poured it over the urine.

(٤١٤٢) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے، اچانک ایک دیہاتی آیا اور اس نے مسجد میں پیشاب کرنا شروع کردیا۔ صحابہ کرام (رض) اسے روکنے لگے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اسے چھوڑ دو ۔ صحابہ نے اسے چھوڑ دیا یہاں تک کہ اس نے پیشاب کرلیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ مساجد ہیں، ان میں پیشاب اور گندگی درست نہیں یہ تو اللہ کے ذکر نماز اور قرآن کی تلاوت کے لیے بنائی گئی ہیں یا جیسے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک شخص کو حکم دیا، وہ پانی کا ڈول لے کر آیا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اسے پیشاب پر بہا دیا۔
(4142) Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ki hum Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath masjid mein baithe hue the, achanak ek dehati aaya aur usne masjid mein peshab karna shuru kar diya. Sahaba kiram (RA) use rokne lage to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : use chhor do . Sahaba ne use chhor diya yahan tak ke usne peshab kar liya, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : yeh masajid hain, in mein peshab aur gandagi durust nahin yeh to Allah ke zikar namaz aur Quran ki tilawat ke liye banayi gayi hain ya jaise Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ek shakhs ko hukm diya, woh pani ka dol le kar aaya aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne use peshab par baha diya.
٤١٤٢ - أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ ال لَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْكَعْبِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أنبأ مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ،ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ قَالَ:حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ مَعَ نَبِيِّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ فَقَامَ يَبُولُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ،فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:مَهْ مَهْ فَقَالَ:" دَعُوهُ "فَتَرَكُوهُ حَتَّى بَالَ،ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ:" له: "إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْمَسَاجِدَ لَا تَصْلُحُ لِشَيْءٍ مِنْ هَذَا الْبَوْلِ وَلَا الْقَذَرِ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ لِذِكْرِ اللهِ تَعَالَى وَالصَّلَاةِ وَقِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآنِ" أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَمَرَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْقَوْمِ فَجَاءَ بِدَلْوٍ مِنَ مَاءٍ فَرَشَّهُ عَلَيْهِ "رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ، عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يُونُسَ
