Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 4553
Yahya relates from his father and he from his grandfather that he came and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was leading the Fajr prayer. He prayed with him (the Prophet). When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished the prayer, he (the grandfather) stood up and prayed two rak'ahs of Fajr. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What are these two rak'ahs?" He (the grandfather) said: "I did not pray them before Fajr." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) remained silent and did not say anything.

(٤٥٥٣) یحییٰ اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ آئے اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فجر کی نماز پڑھا رہے تھے، انھوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی۔ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سلام پھیرا تو وہ کھڑے ہوئے اور فجر کی دو رکعتیں پڑھیں۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ دو رکعتیں کیسی ہیں ؟ تو انھوں نے کہا : میں نے فجر سے پہلے نہیں پڑھی تھیں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خاموش ہوگئے اور کچھ نہیں فرمایا۔
(4553) Yahya apne wald se aur wo apne dada se naqal farmate hain ki wo aaye aur Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) fajar ki namaz parha rahe the, unhon ne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath namaz parha. Jab aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne salam phera to wo kharay huye aur fajar ki do rakatain parhin. Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Ye do rakatain kaisi hain? To unhon ne kaha: Main ne fajar se pehle nahin parha thi. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khamosh hogaye aur kuchh nahin farmaya.
٤٥٥٣ - عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّهُ جَاءَ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ، فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَامَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ،فَقَالَ له النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَا هَاتَانِ الرَّكْعَتَانِ؟ "فَقَالَ: لَمْ أَكُنْ صَلَّيْتُهُمَا قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ، فَسَكَتُ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ شَيْئًا " أَنْبَأَهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ
