Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5061
Mughirah bin Shubah narrated that he ate garlic during the lifetime of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He then came to the mosque and one rak'ah of the prayer had been offered. He joined the prayer and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) smelled its odor. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever eats of this evil tree, let him not approach our mosque or, he said: our prayer, until its odor goes away." I completed the prayer and when I finished offering salam, I said: "O Messenger of Allah! I swear to you by Allah that if you were to ask me to put my hand (in yours), I would put it in yours.” So he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave me his hand and I put it inside the sleeve of my shirt until it reached my chest. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) found it bandaged and said: “You have an excuse.”

(٥٠٦١) مغیرہ بن شعبہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں لہسن کھایا۔ میں مسجد میں آیا اور نماز کی ایک رکعت ہوچکی تھی۔ میں نماز میں شامل ہوگیا، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کی بو کو پایا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو اس خبیث درخت سے کھائے وہ مسجد کے یا فرمایا : نماز کے قریب نہ آئے جب تک ان کی بو ختم نہ ہو۔ میں نے نماز پوری کی، جب میں نے سلام پھیرا تو میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! میں آپ کو قسم دیتا ہوں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے اپنا ہاتھ پکڑائیں گے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنا ہاتھ پکڑا دیا تو میں نے اپنی قمیص کی آستین میں داخل کر کے اپنے سینے تک لے گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس پر پٹی بندھی ہوئی پائی تو فرمایا : تیرا عذر ہے۔
5061 Mughirah bin Shubah farmate hain keh maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke daur mein lahsan khaya. Main masjid mein aaya aur namaz ki aik rakat ho chuki thi. Main namaz mein shamil hogaya, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is ki bu ko paya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo is khabees darakht se khaye woh masjid ke ya farmaya: Namaz ke qareeb na aaye jab tak in ki bu khatam na ho. Maine namaz puri ki, jab maine salam phera to maine kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Main aap ko qasam deta hun keh aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) mujhe apna hath pakrayenge to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apna hath pakra diya to maine apni qamees ki aasteen mein dakhil kar ke apne seene tak le gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is par patti bandhi hui pai to farmaya: Tera uzr hai.
٥٠٦١ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُكْرَمٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنبأ أَبُو هِلَالٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، وَغَيْرُهُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ،عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:" أَكَلْتُ الثُّومَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَيْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَدْ سُبِقْتُ بِرَكْعَةٍ،فَدَخَلْتُ مَعَهُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَوَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رِيحَهُ فَقَالَ:"مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ الْخَبِيثَةِ فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مُصَلَّانَا حَتَّى يَذْهَبَ رِيحُهَا". فَأَتْمَمْتُ صَلَاتِي،فَلَمَّا سَلَّمْتُ قُلْتُ:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَيْكَ لَمَا أَعْطَيْتَنِي يَدَكَ، فَنَاوَلَنِي يَدَهُ، فَأَدْخَلْتُهَا فِي كُمِّي حَتَّى انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى صَدْرِي فَوَجَدَهُ مَعْصُوبًا،فَقَالَ:"إِنَّ لَكَ عُذْرًا، أَوْ أَرَى لَكَ عُذْرًا "
