Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5213
Ali bin Shaiban narrates from his father that he was among the delegation of Bani Wafeed that came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We prayed a prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) looked askance at a man who was not straightening his back in bowing and prostration. When you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished the prayer, you said: "O people! The prayer of the one who does not straighten his back in bowing and prostration is not valid." He said: I prayed another prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and when you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished the prayer, a person was praying alone behind the row. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up, completed his prayer, and gave the greeting. Then he said to him: "Pray again, the prayer of a person alone behind the row is not valid."

(٥٢١٣) علی بن شیبان اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ بنی وفد کے وفد میں تھے جو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا۔ ہم نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ ایک نماز پڑھی تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی پر ترچھی نظر ڈالی ، وہ رکوع و سجود میں اپنی کمر سیدھی نہیں کررہا تھا۔ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سلام پھیرا تو فرمایا : اے لوگو ! اس آدمی کی نماز نہیں جو رکوع و سجود میں اپنی کمر سیدھی نہیں کرتا۔ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ دوسری نماز پڑھی، جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سلام پھیرا تو ایک شخص صف کے پیچھے اکیلا نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کھڑے ہوئے اپنی نماز پوری کی اور سلام پھیرا۔ پھر اسے فرمایا : دوبارہ نماز پڑھ، صف کے پیچھے اکیلے آدمی کی نماز نہیں ہوتی۔
5213 Ali bin Shaiban apne wald se naql farmate hain ke woh Bani Waqf ke wafd mein thay jo Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ke pass aya. Hum ne Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ke sath ek namaz padhi to Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ne ek aadmi par tirchhi nazar dali, woh rukuh o sajd mein apni kamar seedhi nahi kar raha tha. Jab aap (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ne salam phehra to farmaya: Aye logo! Is aadmi ki namaz nahi jo rukuh o sajd mein apni kamar seedhi nahi karta. Farmate hain: Main ne Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ke sath dusri namaz padhi, jab aap (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) ne salam phehra to ek shaks saff ke peeche akela namaz padh raha tha. Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) kharay huye apni namaz puri ki aur salam phehra. Phir use farmaya: Dobara namaz padh, saff ke peeche akela aadmi ki namaz nahi hoti.
٥٢١٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ دَرَسْتَوَيْهِ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَأَبُو النُّعْمَانِ،وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ قَالُوا:ثنا مُلَازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ،عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَيْبَانَ وَكَانَ أَحَدَ الْوَفْدِ الَّذِينَ وَفَدُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ بَنِي سُحَيْمٍ قَالَ:صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةً فَلَمَحَ بِمُؤَخَّرِ عَيْنَيْهِ فَرَأَى رَجُلًا لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ قَالَ:" أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِامْرِئٍ لَا يُقِيمُ صُلْبَهُ فِي الرُّكُوعِ وَالسُّجُودِ "
