Chapter: One Who Intends to Stay Four Days Should Complete the Prayer
باب من أجمع إقامة أربع أتم
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5456
Yahya bin Abi Ishaq narrated that Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We shortened our prayers with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) during the journey to Mecca, and we stayed in Mecca for ten days. He (the Prophet) continued to shorten his prayers until he returned.

(٥٤٥٦) یحییٰ بن أبی اسحاق فرما ہیں کہ میں نے انس (رض) سے سنا کہ ہم نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ مکہ کے سفر میں قصر کی اور دس دن مکہ میں قیام کیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) واپسی تک قصر ہی کرتے رہے۔

٥٤٥٦ -" وَوَجَدْنَا عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَجْلَى الْيَهُودَ مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَضَرَبَ لَهُمْ أَجَلًا ثَلَاثًا ". فَرَأَيْنَا ثَلَاثًا مِمَّا يُقِيمُ الْمُسَافِرُ، وَأَرْبَعًا كَأَنَّهَا بِالْمُقِيمِ أَشْبَهُ، لِأَنَّهُ لَوْ كَانَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ أَنْ يُقِيمَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ كَانَ شَبِيهًا أَنْ يَأْمُرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِهِ الْمُهَاجِرَ، وَيَأْذَنَ فِيهِ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ لِلْيَهُودِ.قَالَ الشَّيْخُ:فَأَمَّا الْحَدِيثُ الَّذِي
