Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5749
(5749) (a) It is narrated from Ata from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sat on the pulpit on Friday, he said: Sit down. Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) heard this and sat down at the door of the mosque. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw him and said: O Ibn Mas'ud, come forward. (b) Ata narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) outside the mosque while he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering the sermon. He said: O Ibn Mas'ud, come forward.

(٥٧٤٩) (الف) عطاء جابر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جب جمعہ کے دن نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) منبر پر بیٹھے تو فرمایا : بیٹھ جاؤ۔ ابن مسعود (رض) نے سن لیا، وہ مسجد کے دروازے پر ہی بیٹھ گئے۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو دیکھا تو فرمایا : ابن مسعود آگے آ جاؤ۔ (ب) عطاء بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ابن مسعود (رض) کو مسجد کے باہر دیکھا، جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) خطبہ ارشاد فرما رہے تھے تو فرمایا : اے ابن مسعود ! آگے آ جاؤ۔
(5749) (alif) Ata Jaber (Razi Allah Anhu) se naqal farmate hain ke jab jumma ke din Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) mimbar par baithe to farmaya: baith jao. Ibn Masud (Razi Allah Anhu) ne sun liya, woh masjid ke darwaze par hi baith gaye. Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unko dekha to farmaya: Ibn Masud aage aa jao. (be) Ata bayan karte hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Ibn Masud (Razi Allah Anhu) ko masjid ke bahar dekha, jab aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khutba irshad farma rahe the to farmaya: aye Ibn Masud! aage aa jao.
٥٧٤٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، ح وَأنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ، ثنا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ،عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:" لَمَّا اسْتَوَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ قَالَ: "اجْلِسُوا" فَسَمِعَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَجَلَسَ عَلَى بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَرَآهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: "تَعَالَ يَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ "
