Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8348
(8348) It is narrated on the authority of the grandson of Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her) who narrates on the authority of his grandmother that she heard from her. She says, “On the day of the conquest of Makkah, water was brought to you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) and you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) drank from it. Then you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) gave it to me and I drank from it although I was fasting. I disliked to return what you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) had left over. So I said, ‘O Messenger of Allah! I am fasting.’ So you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) said to her, ‘Were you making up a fast?’ I said, ‘No.’ So you (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) said, ‘Then there is no harm.’” (Abu Walid said, “Harun said regarding Umm Hani that the Prophet (may peace and blessings be upon him) said to her, ‘Were you making up for someone else’s fast?’ She said, ‘No.’ So he (the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings be upon him) said, ‘Then there is no harm upon you.’”).

(٨٣٤٨) سماک اُم ھانی (رض) کے پوتے سے بیان کرتے ہیں اور وہ اپنی دادی سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ اس نے ان سے سنا ، وہ کہتی ہیں کہ فتح مکہ کے دن آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس پانی لایا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پی لیا ۔ پھر مجھے دے دیا تو میں نے اس سے پی لیا حالانکہ میں روزے سے تھی ۔ میں نے ناپسند کیا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے بچے ہوئے کو لوٹاؤں۔ پھر میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کی رسول ! میں تو روزے سے تھی تو میں نے ناپسند جانا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے بچے ہوئے کو واپس لوٹاؤں تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے کہا : کیا تو قضاء کررہی تھی اپنی طرف سے ؟ میں نے کہا : نہیں تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : پھر کوئی نقصان نہیں۔ (ابو ولید کہتے ہیں کہ ہارون نے اُم ھانی کے حوالے سے کہا کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے کہا : کیا تو کسی کی قضاء دے رہی تھی ؟ انھوں نے کہا : نہیں تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : پھر تجھے کوئی نقصان نہیں ہے۔ )
(8348) Samak Um Hani (Raz) ke pote se bayan karte hain aur wo apni dadi se bayan karte hain ke usne unse suna, wo kehti hain ke Fath Makkah ke din aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass pani laya gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne pee liya. Phir mujhe de diya to mainne usse pee liya halanke main rozey se thi. Mainne napasand kiya ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke bache hue ko lautau. Phir mainne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Main to rozey se thi to mainne napasand jana ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke bache hue ko wapas lautau to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unse kaha: kya tu qaza kar rahi thi apni taraf se? Mainne kaha: nahi to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: phir koi nuqsan nahi. (Abu Walid kehte hain ke Haroon ne Um Hani ke hawale se kaha ke Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unse kaha: kya tu kisi ki qaza de rahi thi? Unhon ne kaha: nahi to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: phir tujhe koi nuqsan nahi hai).
٨٣٤٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبِرْتِيُّ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، أنبأ أَبُو يَعْلَى، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ ابْنِ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ مِنْهَا،قَالَتْ:أَتَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِشَرَابٍ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَشَرِبَ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَنِي فَشَرِبْتُ وَكُنْتُ صَائِمَةً فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ أَرُدَّ فَضْلَ ⦗٤٥٩⦘ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،فَقُلْتُ:يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ صَائِمَةً فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ أَرُدَّ فَضْلَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهَا:" أَكُنْتِ تَقْضِينَ عَنْكِ شَيْئًا؟ "فَقُلْتُ: لَا قَالَ:" فَلَا يَضُرُّكِ "هَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: عَنْ هَارُونَ ابْنِ ابْنِ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ مِنْهَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا:" أَكُنْتِ تَقْضِينَ عَنْكِ شَيْئًا؟ "قَالَتْ: لَا،قَالَ:" فَلَا يَضُرُّكِ "قَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ: حَدَّثَنَا حَدِيثَ سِمَاكٍ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ
