Chapter on one who does not see fasting in difficulty if he does not fear weakness in himself and breaks the fast on days where fasting is discouraged.
باب من لم ير بسرد الصيام بأسا إذا لم يخف على نفسه ضعفا وأفطر الأيام التي نهي عن صومها

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8481
Abdullah bin Umar narrates that Umar bin Khattab used to fast the last day of the month before he passed away. And Abdullah bin Umar also fasted at the end.

(٨٤٨١) عبداللہ بن عمرنافع (رض) سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ عمربن خطاب (رض) فوت ہونے سے قبل مہینے کے آخری روزے رکھا کرتے تھی۔ اور عبداللہ بن عمر بھی اخیر میں رکھے۔
8481 Abdullah bin Umar nafe se bayan karte hain ki Umar bin Khattab فوت hone se pehle mahine ke aakhri rozy rakhe karte thy. Aur Abdullah bin Umar bhi akhir mein rakhe.
٨٤٨١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ،وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَاضِي قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ ⦗٤٩٦⦘ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَدْ كَانَ يَسْرُدُ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ وَسَرَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ فِي آخِرِ زَمَانِهِ
