Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8808
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his companions recited the Talbiyah of Hajj. In those days, no one except the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Talha had sacrificial animals. Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) came from Yemen and he also had sacrificial animals with him. So they said: I will also recite the same Talbiyah which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered his companions to make Umrah, perform Tawaf, shave their heads and become Halal (permissible) except those who had sacrificial animals. They said: Should we become permissible (Halal) while our private parts are dripping (with discharge)? This statement reached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) so he said: If I had known before what I know now, I would not have brought the sacrificial animal, and if I did not have a sacrificial animal, I would have become Halal (permissible).

(٨٨٠٨) جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور آپ کے ساتھیوں نے حج کا تلبیہ کہا اور ان دنوں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور طلحہ کے علاوہ اور کسی کے پاس قربانی نہیں تھی اور علی (رض) یمن سے آئے تھے، ان کے پاس بھی قربانی تھی تو انھوں نے کہا : میں بھی وہی تلبیہ کہتا ہوں جو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو حکم دیا کہ اس کو عمرہ بنالیں ، طواف کریں، بال کٹوائیں اور حلال ہوجائیں مگر جس کے پاس قربانی ہے۔ انھوں نے کہا : کیا ہم منیٰ جائیں گے اور ہمارے ذکر قطرے ٹپکا رہے ہوں گے، یہ بات نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو پہنچی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر مجھے اس بات کا پہلے علم ہوجاتا جس کا بعد میں ہوا ہے تو میں قربانی نہ لاتا اور اگر میرے پاس قربانی نہ ہوتی تو میں حلال ہوجاتا۔
8808 Jaber bin Abdullah (RA) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) aur aap ke sathion ne Hajj ka talbiyah kaha aur in dino aap (SAW) aur Talha ke ilawa aur kisi ke pass qurbani nahi thi aur Ali (RA) Yemen se aye the, un ke pass bhi qurbani thi to unhon ne kaha : mein bhi wohi talbiyah kehta hun jo Rasul Allah (SAW) ne kaha aur aap (SAW) ne apne sathion ko hukm diya ke is ko Umrah bana len, tawaf karen, baal katwayen aur halal ho jayen magar jis ke pass qurbani hai. Unhon ne kaha : kya hum mana jayen ge aur hamare zikar qatre tapka rahe honge, yeh baat Nabi (SAW) ko pahunchi to aap (SAW) ne farmaya : agar mujhe is baat ka pehle ilm ho jata jis ka baad mein hua hai to mein qurbani na lata aur agar mere pass qurbani na hoti to mein halal ho jata.
٨٨٠٨ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، ثنا حَبِيبٌ، يَعْنِي الْمُعَلِّمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، حدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهَلَّ هُوَ وَأَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ، وَلَيْسَ مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ هَدْيٌ إِلَّا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَطَلْحَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَدِمَ مِنَ الْيَمَنِ وَمَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ،فَقَالَ:أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ أَصْحَابَهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلُوهَا عُمْرَةً يَطُوفُوا، ثُمَّ يُقَصِّرُوا وَيَحِلُّوا، إِلَّا مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْيُ،فَقَالُوا:نَنْطَلِقُ إِلَى مِنًى وَذَكَرُنَا يَقْطُرُ،فَبَلَغَ ⦗٦⦘ ذَلِكَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:" إِنِّي لَوِ اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا أَهْدَيْتُ، وَلَوْلَا أَنَّ مَعِيَ الْهَدْيَ لَأَحْلَلْتُ "
