Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9037
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the polytheists used to circumambulate the Ka'bah saying: "Labbayk, Labbayk, La Sharika Laka (Here I am, here I am, You have no partner)." So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Stop, stop." So they would say: "Illa Sharikan Huwa Laka Tamlikuhu Wa Ma Malaka (Except a partner who is yours, You own him and whatever he owns)." And they would say: "O Allah! We seek Your forgiveness, we seek Your forgiveness." So Allah revealed this verse: {And Allah would not punish them while you, [Muhammad], are among them. And Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness.} [Al-Anfal: 33] "Allah will not punish them while you are among them, nor will He punish them while they seek forgiveness." (Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "There were two safeguards for them: the Prophet of Allah and seeking forgiveness. So the Prophet of Allah passed away and seeking forgiveness remained." And this verse: {And why should Allah not punish them while they prevent [believers] from al-Masjid al-Haram, and they were not [true] guardians of it...} [Al-Anfal: 34] "And why should Allah not punish them while they prevent [believers] from al-Masjid al-Haram, while they were not [true] guardians of it? Its [true] guardians are not but the righteous..." The punishment mentioned in this [verse] is the punishment of the Hereafter, and the punishment mentioned in the first verse is the punishment of this world.

(٩٠٣٧) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مشرکین بیت اللہ کا طواف کرتے ہوئے کہتے : لَبَّیْکَ لَبَّیْکَ لاَ شَرِیکَ لَکَ تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے : بس بس، تو وہ کہتے : إِلاَّ شَرِیکَ ہُوَ لَکَ تَمْلِکُہُ وَمَا مَلَکَ ۔ ” ہم حاضر ہیں حاضر ہیں، تیرا کوئی شریک نہیں سوائے اس شریک کے جو تیرا ہی ہے اس کا اور اس کی مملوکہ ہر چیز کا تو ہی مالک ہے۔ “ اور وہ کہتے : اے اللہ ! ہم تیری مغفرت چاہتے ہیں، مغفرت چاہتے ہیں، تو اللہ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی : { وَمَا کَانَ اللَّہُ لِیُعَذِّبَہُمْ } [الانفال : ٣٣]” جب آپ ان میں موجود ہوں تو اللہ ان کو عذاب دینے والا نہیں اور نہ ہی اس وقت جب کہ وہ استغفار کر رہے ہوں۔ “ (ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں ان میں دو امانتیں تھیں اللہ کے نبی اور استغفار تو اللہ کے نبی چلے گئے اور استغفار باقی رہ گئی اور یہ آیت { وَمَا لَہُمْ أَلاَّ یُعَذِّبَہُمُ۔۔۔} [الانفال : ٣٤] اور کیا وجہ ہے کہ اللہ ان کو عذاب نہ دے حالاں کہ مسجد حرام سے روکتے ہیں جب کہ وہ اس کے والی نہیں، اس کے والی تو صرف متقی ہی ہیں ، اس میں جو عذاب کا ذکر ہے یہ اخروی عذاب ہے اور پہلی آیت میں جو عذاب کا ذکر ہے وہ دنیوی عذاب ہے۔
9037 Ibn Abbas raz farmate hain ke mushrikeen Baitullah ka tawaf karte huye kahte labbaik labbaik la sharika laka to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmate bas bas to wo kahte illa sharika huwa laka tamlikuhu wa ma malaka hum hazir hain hazir hain tera koi sharik nahin siwaye is sharik ke jo tera hi hai is ka aur is ki mamlukah har cheez ka to hi malik hai aur wo kahte aye Allah hum teri maghfirat chahte hain maghfirat chahte hain to Allah ne ye ayat nazil farmaee wa ma kana Allahu li yu'azzibahum alanfal 33 jab aap un mein mojood hon to Allah un ko azab dene wala nahin aur na hi is waqt jab ke wo istigfar kar rahe hon Ibn Abbas raz farmate hain un mein do amanten thin Allah ke Nabi aur istigfar to Allah ke Nabi chale gaye aur istigfar baqi reh gayi aur ye ayat wa ma lahum illa yu'azzibahum alanfal 34 aur kya wajah hai ke Allah un ko azab na de halan ke Masjid Haram se rokte hain jab ke wo is ke wali nahin is ke wali to sirf muttaqi hi hain is mein jo azab ka zikar hai ye akhirat azab hai aur pehli ayat mein jo azab ka zikar hai wo dunyawi azab hai
٩٠٣٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبِرْتِيُّ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي زُمَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،قَالَ:إِنَّ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَانُوا يَطُوفُونَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَيَقُولُونَ: لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ،فَيَقُولُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" قَدْ قَدْ "فَيَقُولُونَ إِلَّا شَرِيكٌ هُوَ لَكَ تَمْلِكُهُ وَمَا مَلَكَ،وَيَقُولُونَ:غُفْرَانَكَ غُفْرَانَكَ،قَالَ:فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ{وَمَا كَانَ اللهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَأَنْتَ فِيهِمْ وَمَا كَانَ اللهُ مُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ}[الأنفال: ٣٣]،فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ:كَانَ فِيهِمْ أَمَانَانِ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَالِاسْتِغْفَارُ،قَالَ:فَذَهَبَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَبَقِيَ الِاسْتِغْفَارُ:{وَمَا لَهُمْ أَلَّا يُعَذِّبَهُمُ اللهُ وَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَمَا كَانُوا أَوْلِيَاءَهُ إِنْ أَوْلِيَاؤُهُ إِلَّا الْمُتَّقُونَ}[الأنفال: ٣٤]قَالَ: فَهَذَا عَذَابُ الْآخِرَةِ وَذَلِكَ عَذَابُ الدُّنْيَا، أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ،عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ مُخْتَصَرًا دُونَ قَوْلِهِمْ:غُفْرَانَكَ إِلَى آخِرِهِ
