Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9931
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Sab bin Jaththama gifted a wild cow to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he (the Prophet) was in the state of Ihram. He (the Prophet) returned it and said, "If We were not in the state of Ihram, We would have accepted it from you."

(٩٩٣١) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ صعب بن جثامہ نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو ایک نیل گائے تحفہ میں دی جس وقت آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) محرم تھے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو واپس کردیا اور فرمایا : اگر ہم محرم نہ ہوتے تو آپ سے قبول کرلیتے۔
9931 Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki Sa'ab bin Jussama ne Nabi (SAW) ko ek nil gaye tohfa mein di jis waqt aap (SAW) muhrim thay, aap (SAW) ne usko wapas kardiya aur farmaya: agar hum muhrim na hote to aap se qubool karlete.
٩٩٣١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَأنا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا أَبُو مُوسَى، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،قَالَ:أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ،وَقَالَ:" لَوْلَا أَنَّا مُحْرِمُونَ لَقَبِلْنَاهُ مِنْكَ "⦗٣١٥⦘ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبِي كُرَيْبٍ، هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ الْأَعْمَشُ،عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ وَخَالَفَهُ شُعْبَةُ فَرَوَاهُ كَمَا:
