Sahih al-Bukhari 1245
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) informed (the people) about the death of An-Najashi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) on the very day he died. He went towards the Musalla and the people stood behind him in rows. He said four Takbirs (offered the Funeral prayer).
حضرت ابو ہریرۃ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حضرت نجاشی کے فوت ہونے کی خبر سنائی جس دن وہ فوت ہوئے تھے۔ پھر آپ عید گاہ تشریف لے گئے،صفیں درست کرنے کے بعد چار تکبیریں کہیں اور اس کی نماز جنازہ ادا کی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Hazrat Najashi ke faut hone ki khabar sunai jis din wo faut hue thay. Phir Aap eid-gah tashreef laye, safain durust karne ke baad char takbeerain kahein aur is ki namaz-e-janaza ada ki.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَى النَّجَاشِيَّ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى فَصَفَّ بِهِمْ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا .
