Sahih al-Bukhari 133
Nafi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said: "A man got up in the mosque and said: O Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) 'At which place you order us that we should assume the Ihram?' Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) replied, 'The residents of Medina should assure the Ihram from Dhil-Hulaifa, the people of Syria from Al-Juhfa and the people of Najd from Qarn." Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) further said, "The people consider that Allah's Apostle (صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) had also said, 'The residents of Yemen should assume Ihram from Yalamlam.' Ibn Umar ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) used to say, "I do not remember whether Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) had said the last statement or not?"
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے، ایک شخص مسجد میں کھڑا ہوا اور کہنے لگا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ ہمیں کس مقام سے احرام باندھنے کا حکم دیتے ہیں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ’’اہل مدینہ ذوالحلیفہ سے، شام کے لوگ جحفه سے اور نجد کے باشندے قرن سے احرام باندھیں۔‘‘ حضرت ابن عمر ؓ نے کہا: لوگ کہتے ہیں: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا: ’’یمن والے یلملم سے احرام باندھیں۔‘‘ حضرت ابن عمر ؓ کہا کرتے تھے: میں رسول اللہ ﷺ سے یہ (آخری) بات اچھی طرح سمجھ نہیں سکا۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, ek shakhs masjid mein khada hua aur kehne laga: Ya Rasool Allah! Aap hamein kis maqam se ihram baandhne ka hukm dete hain? Aap ne farmaya: "Ahle Madina Dhul Hulayfah se, Shaam ke log Juhfah se aur Najd ke bashinde Qarn se ihram baandhein." Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) ne kaha: Log kehte hain: Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne yeh bhi farmaya: "Yaman wale Yalamlam se ihram baandhein." Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) kaha karte the: Main Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) se yeh (aakhri) baat achhi tarah samajh nahin saka.
حَدَّثَنِي قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَامَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مِنْ أَيْنَ تَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نُهِلَّ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : يُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الشَّأْمِ مِنْ الْجُحْفَةِ ، وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلُ نَجْدٍ مِنْ قَرْنٍ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : وَيَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : وَيُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ مِنْ يَلَمْلَمَ ، وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : لَمْ أَفْقَهْ هَذِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
