Sahih al-Bukhari 5214
Anas (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) narrated that it is the Prophet's tradition that if someone marries a virgin and he has already a matron wife then he should stay for seven days with her (the virgin) and then by turns; and if someone marries a matron and he has already a virgin wife then he should stay with her (the matron) for three days, and then by turns.
سیدنا انس ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا، سنت یہ ہے کہ جب کوئی شخص شوہر دیدہ بیوی موجودگی میں کسی کنواری سے شادی کرے تو اس کے ہاں سات دن تک قیام کرے پھر باری کا آغاز کرے۔ اورجب کسی کنواری بیوی کی موجودگی میں کسی شوہر دیدی سے شادی کرے تو اس کے ساتھ تین دن تک قیام کرے پھر بار کا اہتمام کرے ابوقلابہ نے کہا: اگر میں چاہوں تو کہہ سکتا ہوں کہ سیدنا انس ؓ نے یہ حدیث نبی ﷺ سے مرفوعاً بیان کی ہے (راوی حدیث) خالد نے کہا: اگر میں چاہوں تو کہہ سکتا ہوں کہ سیدنا انس ؓ نے یہ حدیث نبی ﷺ سے مرفوعاً بیان کی ہے۔
Sayyidna Anas (radi Allahu anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha, Sunnat yeh hai ke jab koi shakhs shohar deeda biwi ki maujoodgi mein kisi kanwari se shadi kare to is ke haan saat din tak qiyam kare phir bari ka aghaz kare. Aur jab kisi kanwari biwi ki maujoodgi mein kisi shohar deeda se shadi kare to is ke sath teen din tak qiyam kare phir bari ka ihtimam kare. Abu Qilaba ne kaha: Agar mein chahoon to keh sakta hoon ke Sayyidna Anas (radi Allahu anhu) ne yeh hadith Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) se marfuan bayan ki hai. (Rawi-e-hadith) Khalid ne kaha: Agar mein chahoon to keh sakta hoon ke Sayyidna Anas (radi Allahu anhu) ne yeh hadith Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) se marfuan bayan ki hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، وَخَالِدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : مِنَ السُّنَّةِ : إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْبِكْرَ عَلَى الثَّيِّبِ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا سَبْعًا ، وَقَسَمَ وَإِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الثَّيِّبَ عَلَى الْبِكْرِ أَقَامَ عِنْدَهَا ثَلَاثًا ، ثُمَّ قَسَمَ . قَالَ أَبُو قِلَابَةَ : وَلَوْ شِئْتُ لَقُلْتُ : إِنَّ أَنَسًا رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، وَخَالِدٍ ، قَالَ خَالِدٌ : وَلَوْ شِئْتُ ، قُلْتُ : رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
