Sahih al-Bukhari 5225
Anas (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) narrated that while the Prophet (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) was in the house of one of his wives, one of the mothers of the believers sent a meal in a dish. The wife at whose house the Prophet ( صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) was, struck the hand of the servant, causing the dish to fall and break. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gathered the broken pieces of the dish and then started collecting on them the food which had been in the dish and said, ‘your mother (my wife) felt jealous.’ Then he detained the servant till a (sound) dish was brought from the wife at whose house he was. He gave the sound dish to the wife whose dish had been broken and kept the broken one at the house where it had been broken.
سیدنا انس ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ اپنی ایک بیوی کے ہاں تشریف رکھے ہوئے تھے، اس وقت دوسری بیوی نے آپ کے لیے ایک پیالے میں کھانے کی کوئی چیز بھیجی۔ جس بیوی کے گھر میں آپ تشریف فرما تھے اس نے خادم کے ہاتھ کو مارا تو پیالہ گر کر ٹکڑے ٹکڑے ہو گیا۔ نبی ﷺ نے پیالے کے ٹکڑے جمع کیے، پھر جو کھانا اس پیالے میں تھا اسے بھی جمع کرنے لگے، پھر فرمایا: ”تمہاری ماں کو غیرت آ گئی ہے۔“ پھر خادم کو روک رکھا حتیٰ کہ اس بیوی کے گھر سے پیالہ لایا گیا جس کے پاس آپ قیام پذیر تھے۔ اس کے بعد صحیح پیالہ اس بیوی کو بھیجا جس کا پیالہ توڑ دیا گیا تھا اور شکستہ (ٹوٹا ہوا) پیالہ اس بیوی کے گھر رہنے دیا جس نے اسے توڑا تھا۔
Sayyidna Anas (radi Allahu anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) apni aik biwi ke haan tashreef rakkhe hue thay, is waqt doosri biwi ne Aap ke liye aik pyale mein khane ki koi cheez bheji. Jis biwi ke ghar mein Aap tashreef farma thay is ne khadim ke hath ko mara to pyala gir kar tukre tukre ho gaya. Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne pyale ke tukre jama kiye, phir jo khana is pyale mein tha ise bhi jama karne lage, phir farmaya: "Tumhari maan ko ghairat aa gayi hai." Phir khadim ko rok rakkha hatta ke is biwi ke ghar se pyala laya gaya jis ke paas Aap qiyam pazeer thay. Is ke baad sahih pyala is biwi ko bheja jis ka pyala tor diya gaya tha aur shikasta (toota hua) pyala is biwi ke ghar rehne diya jis ne ise tora tha.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ ، فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِحْدَى أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِصَحْفَةٍ فِيهَا طَعَامٌ ، فَضَرَبَتِ الَّتِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتِهَا يَدَ الْخَادِمِ ، فَسَقَطَتِ الصَّحْفَةُ ، فَانْفَلَقَتْ ، فَجَمَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِلَقَ الصَّحْفَةِ ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ يَجْمَعُ فِيهَا الطَّعَامَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الصَّحْفَةِ ، وَيَقُولُ : غَارَتْ أُمُّكُمْ ، ثُمَّ حَبَسَ الْخَادِمَ حَتَّى أُتِيَ بِصَحْفَةٍ مِنْ عِنْدِ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتِهَا ، فَدَفَعَ الصَّحْفَةَ الصَّحِيحَةَ إِلَى الَّتِي كُسِرَتْ صَحْفَتُهَا وَأَمْسَكَ الْمَكْسُورَةَ فِي بَيْتِ الَّتِي كَسَرَتْ .
