Sahih al-Bukhari 6203
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) was the best of all the people in character. I had a brother called Abu Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه), who, I think, had been newly weaned. Whenever he (that child) was brought to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) the Prophet ( صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) used to say, ‘O Abu Umar! What did Al-Nughair (nightingale) (do)?’ It was a nightingale with which he used to play. Sometimes the time of the Prayer became due while he (the Prophet ﷺ) was in our house. He would order that the carpet underneath him be swept and sprayed with water, and then he would stand up (for the prayer) and we would line up behind him, and he would lead us in prayer.
حضرت انس ؓ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ نبی ﷺ اخلاق کے اعتبار سے تمام لوگوں سے اچھے تھے۔ میرا ایک بھائی ابو عمیر نامی تھا۔ میرا خیال ہے وہ دودھ چھوڑ چکا تھا۔ آپ ﷺ جب ہمارے ہاں تشریف لاتے تو اسے فرماتے: ”اے ابو عمیر! تیری نغیر(چڑیا) تو بخیر ہے؟“ وہ اس چڑیا کے ساتھ کھیلا کرتا تھا۔ بسا اوقات نماز کا وقت ہو جاتا جبکہ آپ ہمارے گھر میں تشریف فرما ہوتے تو آپ وہ چٹائی بچھانے کا حکم دیتے جس پر آب چھڑک دیا جاتا، پھر آپ کھڑے ہو جاتے اور ہم آپ کے پیچھے کھڑے ہوتے تو آپ ہمیں نماز پڑھاتے۔
Hazrat Anas (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai unhon ne kaha ke Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) akhlaq ke aetibar se tamam logon se acche thay. Mera ek bhai Abu Umair nami tha. Mera khayal hai woh doodh chhor chuka tha. Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) jab hamare haan tashreef late to ise farmate: "Ae Abu Umair! Teri Nughair (chiriya) to bakhair hai?" Woh is chiriya ke saath khela karta tha. Basa-auqat namaz ka waqt ho jata jabke Aap hamare ghar mein tashreef farma hote to Aap woh chatai bichane ka hukm dete jis par paani chhirak diya jata, phir Aap khare ho jate aur hum Aap ke peeche khare hote to Aap humein namaz parhate.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ خُلُقًا ، وَكَانَ لِي أَخٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ : أَبُو عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ : أَحْسِبُهُ فَطِيمًا ، وَكَانَ إِذَا جَاءَ قَالَ : يَا أَبَا عُمَيْرٍ ، مَا فَعَلَ النُّغَيْرُ ؟ نُغَرٌ كَانَ يَلْعَبُ بِهِ ، فَرُبَّمَا حَضَرَ الصَّلَاةَ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِنَا ، فَيَأْمُرُ بِالْبِسَاطِ الَّذِي تَحْتَهُ فَيُكْنَسُ وَيُنْضَحُ ، ثُمَّ يَقُومُ وَنَقُومُ خَلْفَهُ ، فَيُصَلِّي بِنَا .
