Chapter: How do the people give the Bai'a to the Imam
٤٣
باب كَيْفَ يُبَايِعُ الإِمَامُ النَّاسَ
Sahih al-Bukhari 7200
And that we would not fight against the ruler or disobey him, and would stand firm for the truth or say the truth wherever we might be, and in the Way of Allah we would not be afraid of the blame of the blamers.
اور اس شرط پر بیعت کی کہ جو شخص حکومت کے لائق ہوگا، اس کی سرداری قبول کریں گے اور اس سے جھگڑا نہیں کریں گے اور ہم جہاں بھی ہوں حق کہیں گے اور اللہ کے راستے میں کسی ملامت گر کی ملامت کو خاطر میں نہیں لائیں گے۔
Aur is shart par bai ki ke jo shakhs hukomat ke layeq hoga, is ki sardari qabool karein ge aur is se jhagra nahin karein ge aur hum jahan bhi hon haqq kahein ge aur Allah ke raste mein kisi malamat-gar ki malamat ko khatir mein nahin layein ge.
وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ ، وَأَنْ نَقُومَ أَوْ نَقُولَ بِالْحَقِّ حَيْثُمَا كُنَّا ، لَا نَخَافُ فِي اللَّهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ .
