Sunan al-Darimi 2364
Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Learn from me (the ordinances of Sharia), learn from me (the command of the religion), Allah the Exalted has made a way out for these women, if an unmarried boy commits fornication with an unmarried girl then their punishment is one hundred lashes and one year of exile, and if a married man commits fornication with a married woman then their punishment is one hundred lashes and stoning to death.”

سیدنا عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مجھ سے (احکامِ شریعت) حاصل کرلو، مجھ سے (دین کا حکم) حاصل کرلو، الله تعالیٰ نے ان عورتوں کے لئے راہ نکال دی ہے، کنوارہ لڑکا کنواری لڑکی سے زنا کرے تو اس کی سزا سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلا وطنی اور اگر شادی شدہ عورت کے ساتھ شادی شدہ مرد زنا کرے تو اس کی سزا سو کوڑے اور رجم ہے۔“
Sayyidina Ubadah bin Samit (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “mujh se (ahkam e shariat) hasil karlo, mujh se (deen ka hukm) hasil karlo, Allah Ta'ala ne in auraton ke liye raah nikal di hai, kunwara ladka kunwari ladki se zina kare to uski saza sau kore aur ek saal ki jala watani aur agar shadi shuda aurat ke sath shadi shuda mard zina kare to uski saza sau kore aur rajm hai.”
أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ: أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: "خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي. قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا: الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ: الْبِكْرُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ".
