Sunan al-Darimi 2911
Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, said (regarding this issue): "One-third of the entire estate is for the mother, whether the deceased has children from the wife or the deceased has children from the husband." Meaning: He (Sayyiduna Ali) supported Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, in this matter.
سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے (اس مسئلہ میں) کہا: ماں کے لئے کل مال کا ایک تہائی ہے چاہے بیوی کے ساتھ ماں باپ ہوں یا شوہر کے ساتھ ماں باپ ہوں۔ یعنی: سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کی انہوں نے اس مسئلہ میں تائید کی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne (is masle mein) kaha: maa ke liye kul maal ka ek tihai hai chahe biwi ke sath maan baap hon ya shohar ke sath maan baap hon. Yaani: Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ki unhon ne is masle mein taaid ki hai.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: "لِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ، وَفِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ".
