Sunan al-Darimi 3039
Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) reported: The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The mawla (master) is the (freed slave's) brother and emancipator, and the one who has the most right to his inheritance is the one who is closest to the emancipator." «Ni'mah» here refers to «Sahib al-Manah» (the one who grants the favor).

امام زہری رحمہ اللہ سے مروی ہے: نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”مولیٰ دینی بھائی اور آزاد کرانے والا بھائی ہے، اور اس کی میراث کا سب سے زیادہ حق دار وہ ہے جو آزاد کرنے والے کے سب سے زیادہ قریب ہو۔“ «نعمة» سے مراد «صاحب المنه» ہے۔
Imaam Zahri rahimahullah se marvi hai: Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Mola deeni bhai aur azad karane wala bhai hai, aur uski miraas ka sab se zyada haqdaar woh hai jo azad karne wale ke sab se zyada qareeb ho." «Ne'mat» se muraad «Sahib-ul-Minnah» hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "الْمَوْلَى أَخٌ فِي الدِّينِ وَنِعْمَةٌ، أَحَقُّ النَّاسِ بِمِيرَاثِهِ أَقْرَبُهُمْ مِنْ الْمُعْتِقِ".
