Sunan al-Darimi 3105
Hasan, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “When some of the inheritors acknowledge a debt (against the deceased) then they will pay off the debt from their (respective) shares.”
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: جب کچھ وارثین (مرنے والے پر) قرض کا اقرار کر لیں تو وہی اپنے حصہ سے قرض ادا کریں گے۔
Hasan rehmatullah alai ne kaha: jab kuchh warisin (marne wale par) qarz ka iqrar kar len to wohi apne hissa se qarz ada karenge.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ".
