من كتاب الوصايا Chapter: When a man makes a will to another man while he is absent.

Sunan al-Darimi 3277
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a man makes a will to an absent man and he accepts it, then he will not have the right to reject it.
Grade: Hasan
حسن رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: کوئی آدمی کسی غائب آدمی کے لئے وصیت کرے اور وہ اسے قبول کر لے تو پھر اسے رد کرنے کا اختیار نہیں ہو گا۔
Hasan rehmatullah alaih ne kaha: koi aadmi kisi ghaib aadmi ke liye wasiyat kare aur wo use qubool kar le to phir use rad karne ka ikhtiyar nahi ho ga.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَسْعَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: "إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ، فَإِذَا قَدِمَ فَإِنْ شَاءَ، قَبِلَ، فَإِذَا قَبِلَ، لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أَنْ يَرُدَّ".
