Sahih Ibn Hibban 1718
Abu Dharr narrated that: My friend the Prophet (ﷺ) advised me with three things: “Listen and obey, even if the ruler appointed over you is an Abyssinian slave; if you cook meat soup, increase its water and look for your poor neighbors and give them some of it generously; and offer prayer in congregation, if you find the Imam has already led the prayer then you have caught it (the prayer) and otherwise (if you have missed the congregational prayer) your prayer is a voluntary prayer."
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میرے دوست نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے تین باتوں کی وصیت فرمائی: "سنو اور اطاعت کرو اگرچہ تم پر حبشی غلام ہی کیوں نہ امیر بنایا جائے، اگر تم شوربہ پکاؤ تو اس میں پانی زیادہ کرنا اور اپنے غریب پڑوسیوں کو تلاش کر کے انہیں دل کھول کر کھلانا اور نماز جماعت سے پڑھنا، اگر تم امام کو نماز پڑھا چکے ہوئے پاؤ تو تم نے اسے (نماز کو) پا لیا اور ورنہ (اگر تم سے جماعت نکل گئی) تو تمہاری نماز نفل ہے۔"
Hazrat Abuzar Radiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke mere dost Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne mujhe teen baaton ki wasiyat farmaee: "Suno aur ita'at karo agar chahe tum par Habshi ghulam hi kyon na ameer banaya jaye, agar tum shorba pakaao to usme pani zyada karna aur apne ghareeb padosiyon ko talaash kar ke unhen dil khol kar khilana aur namaz jamaat se padhna, agar tum imam ko namaz parha chuke huye paao to tumne use (namaz ko) pa liya aur warna (agar tum se jamaat nikal gai) to tumhari namaz nafl hai."
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي بِثَلَاثٍ «اسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ وَلَوْ لِعَبْدٍ مُجَدَّعِ الْأَطْرَافِ وَإِذَا صَنَعْتَ مَرَقَةً فَأَكْثِرْ مَاءَهَا ثُمَّ انْظُرْ إِلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِنْ جِيرَانَكَ فَأَصِبْهُمْ مِنْهُ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِوَقْتِهَا فَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ الْإِمَامَ قَدْ صَلَّى فَقَدْ أَحْرَزْتَ صَلَاتَكَ وَإِلَّا فَهِيَ نَافِلَةٌ»
