Sahih Ibn Hibban 3146
Anas narrated: The Prophet ﷺ took from the women, when he made a treaty with them, that they would not practice female infanticide. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, should we not give happiness to those whom we used to give happiness in Jahiliyyah?" The Prophet ﷺ said: “There is no giving happiness in Islam, nor is there Shighar (marrying a woman to another man so that he can marry the first woman’s sister), nor is there 'Aqr (marrying a woman on the condition that her dowry will be to free her from marriage), nor is there Jalab (a type of marriage in which a man says to another 'Marry this woman to me and I will marry your daughter to you'), nor is there Janab (a type of marriage in which a man says to another 'Marry this woman to me and I will marry your daughter to your son'), and whoever takes spoils of war before the division, then he is not from us.”
حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جب عورتوں سے بیعت لی تو ان سے یہ عہد لیا کہ وہ بچیاں قتل نہیں کریں گی۔ انہوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ہم انہیں خوش نہ کریں جنہیں ہم جاہلیت میں خوش کرتے تھے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسلام میں خوشی دینا جائز نہیں ہے اور نہ ہی شیغر ہے اور نہ ہی عقر ہے اور نہ ہی جلب ہے اور نہ ہی جناب ہے اور جو شخص مال غنیمت کو تقسیم سے پہلے لے لے تو وہ ہم میں سے نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Anas Radi Allaho Anho Se Rivayat Hai Ke Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Jab Aouraton Se Bayyat Li To Un Se Ye Ahad Liya Ke Woh Bachiyan Qatal Nahi Karengi. Unhon Ne Kaha: Allah Ke Rasool! Kya Hum Unhen Khush Na Karen Jinhen Hum Jahiliyat Mein Khush Karte The? Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya: Islam Mein Khushi Dena Jaiz Nahi Hai Aur Na Hi Shighar Hai Aur Na Hi Aqar Hai Aur Na Hi Jilb Hai Aur Na Hi Janab Hai Aur Jo Shakhs Mal Ghanimat Ko Taqseem Se Pehle Le Le To Woh Hum Mein Se Nahi Hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ أَخَذَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ حَيْثُ بَايَعَهُنَّ أَنْ لَا يَنُحْنَ فَقُلْنَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ نِسَاءً أَسْعَدْنَنَا فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَنُسْعِدُهُنَّ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا إِسْعَادَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا عَقْرَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
