Sahih Ibn Hibban 4642
Sufyan narrated from Suhayl from his father from Abu Hurayrah who said: The people asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, “O Messenger of Allah, will we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?” The Prophet said, “Are you harmed by seeing the moon on the night of a full moon when there are no clouds?” They said, “No, O Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “Are you harmed by seeing the sun in the middle of the day when there are no clouds?” They said, “No, O Messenger of Allah.” The Prophet said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul, you will not be harmed by seeing your Lord any more than you are harmed by seeing them. Allah will meet the servant and say, ‘O so-and-so, did I not honor you? Did I not make you a leader? Did I not give you a wife? Did I not put horses and camels at your service and leave you to be a chieftain and leader?’ The servant will say, ‘Yes, my Lord.’ Allah will say, ‘Did you think you would meet Me?’ The servant will say, ‘No, my Lord.’ Allah will say, ‘This Day I will forget about you as you forgot about Me.’” The Prophet said, “Then Allah will meet another servant and say, ‘Did I not honor you? Did I not make you a leader? Did I not give you a wife? Did I not put horses and camels at your service and leave you to be a chieftain and leader?’ The servant will say, ‘Yes, my Lord.’ Allah will say, ‘Did you think you would meet Me?’ The servant will say, ‘No, my Lord.’ Allah will say, ‘This Day I will forget about you as you forgot about Me.’” The Prophet said, “Then Allah will meet a third servant and say, ‘Who are you?’ The servant will say, ‘I am Your servant. I believed in You, Your Prophet, and Your Book. I fasted, I prayed, and I gave in charity,’ and he will mention all the good he did as he is able. It will be said, ‘Shall We not bring forth a witness for you?’ The servant will think to himself, ‘Who will testify for me?’ Then a seal will be placed upon his mouth and it will be said to his thigh, ‘Speak!’ His thigh, flesh, and bones will speak of what he used to do. That is the hypocrite, the one who makes excuses for himself, the one whom Allah has left to stray.” The Prophet said, “Then a caller will cry out, ‘Let every nation follow what they used to worship.’ The allies of the devils will follow the devils, the Jews and Christians will follow their leaders to Hellfire. Then Allah will say, ‘Then there will be left only the believers. Where are the believers?’ Then our Lord will come to us, for He is our Lord, and He will say, ‘What are these people waiting for?’ They will say, ‘We are the servants of Allah, the believers. We worshipped Him and He is our Lord. We are coming to Him, and He is our Rewarder. This is our place.’ Then Allah will say, ‘I am your Lord, so proceed.’ Then the bridge will be laid out over Hellfire and upon it are hooks of fire snatching people. At that time intercession will be permitted. ‘O Allah, keep him safe, O Allah, keep him safe.’ When they have crossed the bridge, every person who spent a pair of something he owned in the cause of Allah will find every gatekeeper of Paradise calling to him, ‘O servant of Allah, O Muslim, this way is better!’ It will be said, ‘O servant of Allah, O Muslim, this way is better!’” Abu Bakr said, “O Messenger of Allah, that is a servant who does not even turn to close a door but that he enters from another!” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, struck his chest and said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul, I hope that you will be among them.” Abd al-Jabbar said, “Sufyan dictated this to me from memory.”
سفیان نے سہیل سے ان کے والد سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی، کہا انہوں نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے لوگوں نے پوچھا اے اللہ کے رسول کیا ہم اپنے رب کو قیامت کے دن دیکھ سکیں گے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا تمہیں چودھویں کے چاند کو دیکھنے سے تکلیف ہوتی ہے جب کہ اس پر کوئی بادل نہ ہو کہا نہیں اے اللہ کے رسول آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا تمہیں سورج کو دوپہر کے وقت دیکھنے سے تکلیف ہوتی ہے جب کہ اس پر کوئی بادل نہ ہو کہا نہیں اے اللہ کے رسول آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے تمہیں اپنے رب کو دیکھنے میں اس سے زیادہ تکلیف نہ ہوگی جتنی تمہیں ان کو دیکھنے میں ہوتی ہے اللہ تعالیٰ بندے سے ملے گا اور فرمائے گا اے فلاں کیا میں نے تجھے عزت نہیں بخشی تھی کیا میں نے تجھے سردار نہیں بنایا تھا کیا میں نے تجھے بیوی نہیں دی تھی کیا میں نے تیرے لیے گھوڑے اونٹ مسخر نہیں کیے تھے اور تجھے سردار اور لیڈر بنا کر نہیں چھوڑا تھا وہ کہے گا ہاں میرے رب اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا کیا تجھے یہ گمان تھا کہ تو مجھ سے ملے گا وہ کہے گا نہیں میرے رب اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا تو آج میں تجھے بھول گیا جیسا تو مجھے بھول گیا تھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا پھر اللہ تعالیٰ دوسرے بندے سے ملے گا اور فرمائے گا کیا میں نے تجھے عزت نہیں بخشی تھی کیا میں نے تجھے سردار نہیں بنایا تھا کیا میں نے تجھے بیوی نہیں دی تھی کیا میں نے تیرے لیے گھوڑے اونٹ مسخر نہیں کیے تھے اور تجھے سردار اور لیڈر بنا کر نہیں چھوڑا تھا وہ کہے گا ہاں میرے رب اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا کیا تجھے یہ گمان تھا کہ تو مجھ سے ملے گا وہ کہے گا نہیں میرے رب اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا تو آج میں تجھے بھول گیا جیسا تو مجھے بھول گیا تھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا پھر اللہ تعالیٰ ایک تیسرے بندے سے ملے گا اور فرمائے گا تو کون ہے وہ کہے گا میں تیرا بندہ ہوں میں تجھ پر تیرے نبی پر اور تیری کتاب پر ایمان لایا میں نے روزے رکھے نمازیں پڑھیں اور صدقہ دیا اور وہ اپنے کیے ہوئے تمام نیک اعمال جتنی اس کی طاقت ہوگی بیان کرے گا کہا جائے گا کیا ہم تمہارے لیے گواہ نہ لائیں وہ اپنے جی میں سوچے گا کہ میرے لیے کون گواہی دے گا پھر اس کے منہ پر مہر لگادی جائے گی اور اس کی ران سے کہا جائے گا بول تیری ران اور گوشت اور ہڈیاں اس کی بتائیں گی جو وہ کرتا تھا یہ منافق ہے جو اپنے لیے عذر تراشتا ہے جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے گمراہ کر رکھا ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا پھر ایک منادی کرنے والا پکارے گا کہ ہر گروہ اس چیز کی پیروی کرے جس کی وہ پوجا کرتے تھے تو شیاطین کے ساتهی شیاطین کی پیروی کریں گے اور یہودی اور عیسائی اپنے سرداروں کے ساتھ جہنم کی طرف چلے جائیں گے پھر اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا کہ پھر صرف مومن ہی رہ جائیں گے مومن کہاں ہیں پھر ہمارا رب ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے گا کیونکہ وہ ہمارا رب ہے فرمائے گا یہ لوگ کس چیز کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں وہ کہیں گے ہم اللہ کے بندے اور مومن ہیں ہم نے اسی کی عبادت کی اور وہی ہمارا رب ہے ہم اسی کی طرف جا رہے ہیں اور وہی ہمارا ثواب دینے والا ہے یہ ہماری جگہ ہے پھر اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا میں تمہارا رب ہوں چلو پھر جہنم پر پل رکھا جائے گا اور اس پر آگ کے کانٹے ہوں گے جو لوگوں کو پکڑ پکڑ کر لے جائیں گے اس وقت سفارش کی اجازت ہوگی کہا جائے گا اے اللہ اسے بچا لے اے اللہ اسے بچا لے جب وہ پل سے پار ہو جائیں گے تو جس کسی نے اللہ کی راہ میں اپنی کسی چیز کا ایک جوڑا بھی خرچ کیا ہوگا تو جنت کا ہر داروغہ اسے آواز دے گا اے اللہ کے بندے اے مسلمان یہ راستہ بہتر ہے کہا جائے گا اے اللہ کے بندے اے مسلمان یہ راستہ بہتر ہے حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا اے اللہ کے رسول یہ وہ بندہ ہے کہ اگر وہ ایک دروازہ بند کرنے کے لیے بھی رخ نہ کرے تو دوسرا کھل جاتا ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا سینہ مبارک پر ہاتھ مارا اور فرمایا اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے مجھے امید ہے کہ آپ انہی میں سے ہوں گے عبدالجبار کہتے ہیں کہ سفیان نے یہ حدیث مجھے زبانی املا کرائی تھی۔
Sufyan ne Sohail se un ke walid se Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat ki, kaha unhon ne kaha Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se logon ne poocha aye Allah ke Rasool kya hum apne Rab ko qayamat ke din dekh saken ge? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya kya tumhen chaudhvin ke chand ko dekhne se takleef hoti hai jab keh us par koi badal na ho? Kaha nahin aye Allah ke Rasool. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya kya tumhen sooraj ko dopahar ke waqt dekhne se takleef hoti hai jab keh us par koi badal na ho? Kaha nahin aye Allah ke Rasool. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya is zaat ki qasam jis ke hath mein meri jaan hai tumhen apne Rab ko dekhne mein us se zyada takleef na hogi jitni tumhen in ko dekhne mein hoti hai. Allah Ta'ala bande se mile ga aur farmaye ga aye falan kya maine tujhe izzat nahin bakhshi thi? Kya maine tujhe sardar nahin banaya tha? Kya maine tujhe biwi nahin di thi? Kya maine tere liye ghore, unt musakhar nahin kiye the aur tujhe sardar aur leader bana kar nahin chhora tha? Woh kahe ga haan mere Rab. Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga kya tujhe ye gumaan tha ke tu mujh se mile ga? Woh kahe ga nahin mere Rab. Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga to aaj main tujhe bhool gaya jaisa tu mujhe bhool gaya tha. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya phir Allah Ta'ala dusre bande se mile ga aur farmaye ga kya maine tujhe izzat nahin bakhshi thi? Kya maine tujhe sardar nahin banaya tha? Kya maine tujhe biwi nahin di thi? Kya maine tere liye ghore, unt musakhar nahin kiye the aur tujhe sardar aur leader bana kar nahin chhora tha? Woh kahe ga haan mere Rab. Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga kya tujhe ye gumaan tha ke tu mujh se mile ga? Woh kahe ga nahin mere Rab. Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga to aaj main tujhe bhool gaya jaisa tu mujhe bhool gaya tha. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya phir Allah Ta'ala ek teesre bande se mile ga aur farmaye ga tu kaun hai? Woh kahe ga main tera banda hun, main tujh par, tere nabi par aur teri kitab par iman laya. Maine roze rakhe, namazen padhin aur sadqa diya aur woh apne kiye huye tamam nek amal jitni us ki taqat hogi bayan kare ga. Kaha jaye ga kya hum tumhare liye gawah na layen? Woh apne ji mein soche ga ke mere liye kaun gawahi de ga? Phir us ke munh par mohar laga di jaye gi aur us ki raan se kaha jaye ga bol. Teri raan aur gosht aur haddiyan us ki batayen gi jo woh karta tha, ye munafiq hai jo apne liye uzr tarashta hai jise Allah Ta'ala ne gumrah kar rakha hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya phir ek munaddi karne wala pukare ga ke har giroh us cheez ki pairavi kare jis ki woh pooja karte the. To shaitan ke sathi shaitan ki pairavi karen ge aur yahudi aur esaai apne sardaron ke sath jahannam ki taraf chale jayen ge. Phir Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga ke phir sirf momin hi reh jayen ge. Momin kahan hain? Phir hamara Rab hamare pass tashreef laye ga kyunki woh hamara Rab hai, farmaye ga ye log kis cheez ka intezar kar rahe hain? Woh kahen ge hum Allah ke bande aur momin hain hum ne usi ki ibadat ki aur wohi hamara Rab hai. Hum usi ki taraf ja rahe hain aur wohi hamara sawab dene wala hai, ye hamari jagah hai. Phir Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga main tumhara Rab hun chalo. Phir jahannam par pul rakha jaye ga aur us par aag ke kante hon ge jo logon ko pakad pakad kar le jayen ge. Us waqt sifarish ki ijazat hogi, kaha jaye ga aye Allah ise bacha le, aye Allah ise bacha le. Jab woh pul se paar ho jayen ge to jis kisi ne Allah ki rah mein apni kisi cheez ka ek jora bhi kharch kiya hoga to jannat ka har darogha use awaz de ga aye Allah ke bande, aye musalman ye rasta behtar hai. Kaha jaye ga aye Allah ke bande, aye musalman ye rasta behtar hai. Hazrat Abu Bakar Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha aye Allah ke Rasool ye woh banda hai ke agar woh ek darwaza band karne ke liye bhi rukh na kare to dusra khul jata hai. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apna seena mubarak par hath mara aur farmaya is zaat ki qasam jis ke hath mein meri jaan hai mujhe umeed hai ke aap inhi mein se honge. Abdul Jabbar kahte hain ke Sufyan ne ye hadees mujhe zabani imla karaai thi.
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ سَمِعَهُ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ مَعِي مِنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَأَلَ النَّاسُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلْ نَرَى رَبَّنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ؟ قَالَ «هَلْ تُضَارُّونَ فِي رُؤْيَةِ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ لَيْسَ فِي سَحَابٍ؟ » قَالُوا لَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «فَهَلْ تُضَارُّونَ فِي رُؤْيَةِ الشَّمْسِ عِنْدَ الظَّهِيرَةِ لَيْسَتْ فِي سَحَابٍ؟ » قَالُوا لَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا تُضَارُّونَ فِي رُؤْيَةِ رَبِّكُمْ كَمَا لَا تُضَارُّونَ فِي رُؤْيَتِهِمَا فَيُلْقَى الْعَبْدَ فَيَقُولُ أَيْ فُلُ أَلَمْ أُكْرِمْكَ أَلَمْ أُسَوِّدْكَ أَلَمْ أُزَوِّجْكَ أَلَمْ أُسَخِّرْ لَكَ الْخَيْلَ وَالْإِبِلَ وَأَتْرُكُكَ تَرْأَسُ وَتَرْبَعُ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ بَلَى يَا رَبِّ قَالَ فَظَنَنْتَ أَنَّكَ مُلَاقِيَّ قَالَ لَا يَا رَبِّ قَالَ فَالْيَوْمَ أَنْسَاكَ كَمَا نَسِيتَنِي» قَالَ «ثُمَّ يَلْقَى الثَّانِي فَيَقُولُ أَلَمْ أُكْرِمْكَ أَلَمْ أُسَوِّدْكَ أَلَمْ أُزَوِّجْكَ أَلَمْ أُسَخِّرْ لَكَ الْخَيْلَ وَالْإِبِلَ وَأَتْرُكَكَ تَرْأَسُ وَتَرْبَعُ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ بَلَى يَا رَبِّ قَالَ فَظَنَنْتَ أَنَّكَ مُلَاقِيَّ قَالَ لَا يَا رَبِّ قَالَ فَالْيَوْمَ أَنْسَاكَ كَمَا نَسِيتَنِي» قَالَ «ثُمَّ يَلْقَى الثَّالِثَ فَيَقُولُ مَا أَنْتَ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَنَا عَبْدُكَ آمَنْتُ بِكَ وَبِنَبِيِّكَ وَبِكِتَابِكَ وَصُمْتُ وَصَلَّيْتُ وَتَصَدَّقْتُ وَيُثْنِي بِخَيْرٍ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ قَالَ فَيُقَالُ لَهُ أَفَلَا نَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكَ شَاهِدَنَا؟ قَالَ فَيُفَكِّرُ فِي نَفْسِهِ مَنِ الَّذِي يَشْهَدُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ فَيُخْتَمُ عَلَى فِيهِ وَيُقَالُ لِفَخْذِهِ انْطِقِي قَالَ فَتَنْطِقُ فَخْذُهُ وَلَحْمُهُ وَعِظَامُهُ بِمَا كَانَ يَعْمَلُ فَذَلِكَ الْمُنَافِقُ وَذَلِكَ لِيُعْذِرَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ وَذَلِكَ الَّذِي سَخَطَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ» قَالَ «ثُمَّ يُنَادِي مُنَادِي أَلَا اتَّبَعَتْ كُلُّ أُمَّةٍ مَا كَانَتْ تَعْبُدُ قَالَ فَيَتْبَعُ أَوْلِيَاءُ الشَّيَاطِينَ الشَّيَاطِينَ قَالَ وَاتَّبَعَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَهُمْ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ثُمَّ يَبْقَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ثُمَّ نَبْقَى أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ فَيَأْتِينَا رَبُّنَا وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا فَيَقُولُ عَلَى مَا هَؤُلَاءِ قِيَامٌ؟ فَيَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وعَبَدْنَاهُ وَهُوَ رَبُّنَا وَهُوَ آتِينَا وَمُثِيبُنَا وَهَذَا مَقَامُنَا قَالَ فَيَقُولُ أَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَامْضُوا قَالَ فَيُوضَعُ الْجِسْرُ وَعَلَيْهِ كَلَالِيبُ مِنْ نَارٍ تَخْطَفُ النَّاسَ فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ حَلَّتِ الشَّفَاعَةُ اللَّهُمَّ سَلِّمِ اللَّهُمَّ سَلِّمْ فَإِذَا جَاوَزَ الْجِسْرَ فَكُلُّ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ زَوْجًا مِنَ الْمَالِ مِمَّا يَمْلِكُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَكُلُّ خَزَنَةِ الْجَنَّةِ تَدَعُوهُ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا خَيْرٌ فَيُقَالُ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ يَا مُسْلِمُ هَذَا خَيْرٌ» قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لِعَبْدٍ لَا تَوَى عَلَيْهِ يَدَعُ بَابًا وَيَلِجُ مِنْ آخَرَ قَالَ فَضَرَبَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى مَنْكِبَيْهِ وَقَالَ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْهُمْ» قَالَ عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ أَمْلَاهُ عَلَيَّ سُفْيَانُ إِمْلَاءً
