Sahih Ibn Hibban 4757
Nu'man bin Muqarrin said: I witnessed that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was about to fight, he would not fight in the beginning of the day but would delay it until the sun had declined and the winds blew, and victory would descend.
نعمان بن مقرن رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ جب آپ لڑائی کا ارادہ فرماتے تو دن کے شروع میں نہ لڑتے بلکہ دیر کرتے یہاں تک کہ سورج ڈھل جاتا اور ہوائیں چلنے لگتیں تو فتح و نصرت نازل ہوتی۔
Numan bin Muqrin razi Allah anhu kahte hain ke maine Rasool Allah SAW ko dekha ke jab aap larai ka irada farmate to din ke shuru mein na larte balke der karte yahan tak ke suraj dhal jata aur hawaen chalne lagti to fatah o nusrat nazil hoti.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْقِتَالِ فَلَمْ يُقَاتِلْ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ أَخَّرَهُ إِلَى أَنْ تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُ وَتَهُبَّ الرِّيَاحُ وَيَنْزِلَ النَّصْرُ»
