Sahih Ibn Hibban 4807
Narrated by Said bin Al-Musaiyab from his father from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: A Prophet from among the Prophets went on an expedition with his companions, and he said, "No man should follow me who has built a house without living in it, or married a woman without consummating the marriage, or has a need to return." He then met the enemy at sunset and said, "O Allah, it (the sun) is Your command, and I am commanded, so hold it back for me until You decide between me and them." So Allah held it back for him, and Allah granted him victory. They gathered the spoils of war, but the fire would not consume them. They used to, whenever they gained spoils of war, Allah would send down fire upon them to consume it. So their Prophet said to them, "There is a thief among you." So a man from each tribe should come to me and give me their pledge of allegiance." So they came to him and gave him their pledge of allegiance. And the hands of two men stuck to his hand, and he said, "You two have stolen." They said, "Cast the image of a cow's head in gold." So they brought it to him, and he threw it in the spoils of war, and Allah sent down fire, and it consumed it. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said at that time: "Indeed, Allah has allowed us to enjoy the spoils of war as a mercy that He has bestowed upon us, and as a relief that He has made easy for us, for He knew of our weakness."
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ایک نبی اپنے اصحاب کے ساتھ غزوہ کو نکلے تو انہوں نے کہا کہ میرے ساتھ کوئی ایسا آدمی نہ چلے جس نے نیا گھر بنایا ہو اور اس میں رہنے سے پہلے ہی نکل کھڑا ہوا ہو یا ایسا آدمی جس نے نکاح کیا ہو اور اپنی بیوی سے صحبت کرنے سے پہلے ہی نکل کھڑا ہوا ہو یا ایسا آدمی جس کے پاس مال ہو اور اسے واپس آنے کی جلدی ہو۔ پھر وہ شام کے وقت دشمنوں سے جا ملے تو انہوں نے کہا اے اللہ یہ (سورج) تیری نشانی ہے اور میں تیرا بندہ اور میں نے انہیں لڑائی کا حکم دیا ہے پس تو اسے ہمارے لیے روک دے یہاں تک کہ تو میرے اور ان کے درمیان فیصلہ فرما دے تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے لیے سورج کو روک دیا اور انہیں فتح عطا فرمائی۔ وہ مالِ غنیمت جمع کرنے لگے تو آگ اسے جلانے لگی تھی۔ جب بھی وہ مالِ غنیمت حاصل کرتے تو اللہ تعالیٰ ان پر آگ اتارتا تھا تاکہ وہ اسے پاک کر دے۔ تو ان کے نبی نے ان سے کہا تم میں ایک شخص خیانت کرنے والا ہے تم میں سے ہر قبیلے کا ایک آدمی میرے پاس آئے اور مجھے بیعت کرے۔ چنانچہ وہ ان کے پاس آئے اور انہوں نے ان سے بیعت کی تو دو آدمیوں کے ہاتھ ان کے ہاتھ سے چپک گئے تو انہوں نے کہا تم دونوں نے چوری کی ہے۔ انہوں نے عرض کیا ہم نے تو سونے کا گائے کا سر بنوایا تھا وہ ان کے پاس لائے تو انہوں نے اسے مالِ غنیمت میں ڈال دیا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے آگ اتاری اور اس نے اسے جلا ڈالا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس وقت فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے مالِ غنیمت کو ہمارے لیے حلال کیا ہے اپنی رحمت اور اپنی طرف سے آسانی کے طور پر کیونکہ وہ ہماری کمزوری کو جانتا تھا۔
Sayyidna Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Ek nabi apne ashaab ke saath ghazwa ko nikle to unhon ne kaha ki mere saath koi aisa aadmi na chale jis ne naya ghar banaya ho aur usme rehne se pehle hi nikal khada hua ho ya aisa aadmi jis ne nikah kiya ho aur apni biwi se sohbat karne se pehle hi nikal khada hua ho ya aisa aadmi jis ke paas maal ho aur usey wapas aane ki jaldi ho. Phir woh shaam ke waqt dushmanon se ja mile to unhon ne kaha aye Allah yeh (suraj) teri nishani hai aur main tera banda aur maine unhen ladai ka hukum diya hai pas to usey hamare liye rok de yahan tak ki tu mere aur un ke darmiyaan faisla farma de to Allah Ta'ala ne un ke liye suraj ko rok diya aur unhen fatah ata farmaayi. Woh maal-e-ghanimat jama karne lage to aag usey jalane lagi thi. Jab bhi woh maal-e-ghanimat hasil karte to Allah Ta'ala un par aag utaarta tha taaki woh usey pak kar de. To un ke nabi ne un se kaha tum mein ek shakhs khiyanat karne wala hai tum mein se har qabile ka ek aadmi mere paas aaye aur mujhe bai'at kare. Chunache woh un ke paas aaye aur unhon ne un se bai'at ki to do aadmiyon ke haath un ke haath se chipak gaye to unhon ne kaha tum donon ne chori ki hai. Unhon ne arz kiya hum ne to sone ka gaaye ka sar banwaya tha woh un ke paas laaye to unhon ne usey maal-e-ghanimat mein daal diya to Allah Ta'ala ne aag utaari aur us ne usey jala dala. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne us waqt farmaya Allah Ta'ala ne maal-e-ghanimat ko hamare liye halal kiya hai apni rehmat aur apni taraf se aasani ke taur par kyunki woh hamari kamzori ko janta tha.
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ غَزَا بِأَصْحَابِهِ فَقَالَ لَا يَتْبَعْنِي رَجُلٌ بَنَى دَارًا لَمْ يَسْكُنْهَا أَوْ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا أَوْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ فِي الرُّجُوعِ قَالَ فَلَقِيَ الْعَدُوَّ عَنْدَ غَيْبُوبَةِ الشَّمْسِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهَا مَأْمُورَةٌ وَإِنِّي مَأْمُورٌ فَاحْبِسْهَا عَلَيَّ حَتَّى تَقْضِيَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَحَبَسَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَفَتَحَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَجَمَعُوا الْغَنَائِمَ فَلَمْ تَأْكُلْهَا النَّارُ وَكَانُوا إِذَا غَنِمُوا غَنِيمَةً بَعَثَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا النَّارَ فَأَكَلَتْهَا فَقَالَ لَهُمْ نَبِيِّهُمْ إِنَّ فِيكُمْ غُلُولًا فَلْيَأْتِنِي مِنْ كُلِّ قَبِيلَةٍ رَجُلٌ فَلْيُبَايِعْنِي فَأَتَوْهُ فَبَايَعُوهُ فَلَزِقَتْ يَدُ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْهُمْ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّكُمَا غَلَلْتُمَا فَقَالَا أَجَلْ صُورَةُ رَأْسِ بَقَرَةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فَجَاءَا بِهَا فَأَلْقَيَاهَا فِي الْغَنَائِمِ فَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ النَّارَ فَأَكَلَتْهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَطْعَمَنَا الْغَنَائِمَ رَحْمَةً رَحِمَنَا بِهَا وَتَخْفِيفًا خَفَّفَهُ عَنَّا لِمَا عَلِمَ مِنْ ضَعْفَنَا»
