Sahih Ibn Hibban 4814c
Al-Walid said: I mentioned it to Sa'eed ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz. He said: I heard Az-Zuhri narrating from Sa'eed ibn al-Musayyib from Abu Hurairah that he heard him narrating to Sa'eed ibn al-'As: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sent out a detachment towards Najd, led by Aban ibn Sa'eed ibn al-'As. He came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, after the conquest of Khaybar. I said: "O Messenger of Allah, do not give them a share." Aban became angry and spoke harshly to him, and attacked him with his spear. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Wait, O Aban!" And the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, refused to give them a share.
""الولید نے کہا : میں نے سعید بن عبدالعزیز سے اس کا ذکر کیا تو انھوں نے کہا : میں نے زہری سے سنا ، وہ سعید بن مسیب سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، وہ ابوہریرہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے ان کو سعید بن عاص کو یہ حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نجد کی طرف ایک سریہ بھیجا جس کے امیر عبان بن سعید بن العاص تھے ، وہ خیبر کی فتح کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے تو میں نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول ! ان کو ( غنیمت میں سے ) حصہ نہ دیجیے ، عبان کو غصہ آ گیا اور انھوں نے سخت کلامی کی اور مجھ پر اپنے نیزے سے حملہ آور ہوئے ، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : ٹھہر جاؤ اے عبان ! اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو ( غنیمت میں سے ) حصہ دینے سے انکار فرما دیا ۔""
Alwaleed ne kaha : mein ne Saeed bin Abdil Aziz se is ka zikar kya to unhon ne kaha : mein ne Zuhri se suna, woh Saeed bin Musayyab se riwayat karte hain, woh Abu Hurairah se riwayat karte hain ke unhon ne un ko Saeed bin Aas ko yeh hadees bayaan karte huye suna : Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Najd ki taraf ek sariya bheja jis ke ameer Uban bin Saeed bin al-Aas the, woh Khaibar ki fatah ke baad Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir huye to mein ne kaha : Allah ke Rasool! Un ko (ghanimat mein se) hissa na deejiye, Uban ko ghussa aa gaya aur unhon ne sakht kalami ki aur mujh par apne neze se hamla aawar huye, to Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya : thaher jao aye Uban! Aur aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne un ko (ghanimat mein se) hissa dene se inkar farma diya.
قَالَ الْوَلِيدُ فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِسَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يُحَدِّثُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ عَلَيْهَا أَبَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ فَقَدِمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ خَيْبَرَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَا تَقْسِمْ لَهُمْ فَغَضِبَ أَبَانُ وَنَالَ مِنْهُ قَالَ وَحَمَلَ عَلَيْهِ بِرُمْحِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَهْلًا يَا أَبَانُ وَأَبَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَقْسِمَ لَهُمْ شَيْئًا
