Sahih Ibn Hibban 5075
Imran bin Husain narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was given a man as inheritance who had freed six slaves when he was dying, and he had no other wealth. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cast lots amongst them and freed two and returned four to slavery.
حضرت عمران بن حسین رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو ایک شخص میراث میں ملا تھا جس نے مرنے کے وقت اپنے چھ غلام آزاد کر دیے تھے اور اس کے پاس اور کوئی مال نہیں تھا تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان میں قرعہ ڈالا تو دو کو آزاد کر دیا اور چار کو غلامی میں واپس کر دیا۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko aik shakhs miras mein mila tha jis ne marne ke waqt apne chhe ghulam azad kar diye the aur us ke pass aur koi maal nahin tha to Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne un mein qura dala to do ko azad kar diya aur char ko ghulami mein wapas kar diya
أَخْبَرَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ الدُّورِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَقَتَادَةَ وَحُمَيْدٍ وَسِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ وَعَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ مَمْلُوكِينَ لَهُ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرَهُمْ فَأَقْرَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَرَدَّ أَرْبَعَةً فِي الرِّقِّ»
