Sahih Ibn Hibban 5537
Suhayl said: Abu Salih used to command us, when one of us wanted to sleep, that he should lie on his right side, then say: “O Allah, Lord of the heavens, and Lord of the earth, and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and the Lord of everything, Splitter of the grain and the seed, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel and the Criterion, I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You have grasp over. You are the First, there is nothing before You, and You are the Last, there is nothing after You. You are the Manifest, there is nothing above You. Settle our debt for us and enrich us so we will not be poor.” And he used to narrate that from Abu Huraira, from the Prophet (ﷺ).
سہیل نے کہا: ابو صالح ہمیں حکم دیتے تھے جب ہم میں سے کوئی سونے کا ارادہ کرتا تو وہ اپنے دائیں پہلو پر لیٹ جاتا اور کہتا: “اے اللہ! آسمانوں کے رب، اور زمین کے رب اور عرش عظیم کے رب! ہمارے رب اور ہر چیز کے رب! دانے اور بیج کو پھاڑنے والے! توریت، انجیل اور فرقان کے نازل کرنے والے! میں ہر اس چیز کے شر سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں جس پر تیری دسترس ہے، تو اول ہے تیرے قبل کچھ بھی نہیں اور تو آخر ہے تیرے بعد کچھ بھی نہیں اور تو ظاہر ہے تیرے اوپر کچھ بھی نہیں، ہمارا قرض ہم پر سے ادا فرما دے اور ہمیں غنی بنا دے تاکہ ہم محتاج نہ ہوں۔” اور وہ یہ حدیث حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے تھے اور وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے۔
Sohail ne kaha: Abu Saleh humain hukm dete the jab hum mein se koi sone ka irada karta to woh apne dayen pehlu par lait jata aur kehta: “Aye Allah! Aasmanon ke Rab, aur zameen ke Rab aur arsh azeem ke Rab! Hamare Rab aur har cheez ke Rab! Dane aur beej ko pharne wale! Taurat, Injeel aur Furqan ke nazil karne wale! Main har us cheez ke shar se teri panaah mangta hun jis par teri dastras hai, tu awal hai tere qabal kuchh bhi nahin aur tu akhir hai tere baad kuchh bhi nahin aur tu zahir hai tere upar kuchh bhi nahin, hamara qarz hum par se ada farma de aur humain ghani bana de taake hum muhtaaj na hon.” Aur woh ye hadees Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat karte the aur woh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ قَالَ كَانَ أَبُو صَالِحٍ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُنَا أَنْ يَنَامَ أَنْ يَضْطَجِعَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الْأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَرَبَّ الْأَرْضِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى مُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ أَنْتَ الْأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَاغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ» وَكَانَ يَرْوِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
