Sahih Ibn Hibban 657
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If Allah should punish me and the son of Mary for what these two have committed,” meaning his thumb and index finger, “he would punish us and not wrong us in the slightest.”
ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "اگر اللہ تعالی مجھے اور ابن مریم کو ان دونوں (انگلیوں) کی وجہ سے عذاب دیں" یعنی انگوٹھے اور شہادت کی انگلی، "تو وہ ہمیں عذاب دے گا اور ہمیں ذرا بھی ظلم نہیں کرے گا۔"
Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu ne bayan kya ke Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Agar Allah ta'ala mujhe aur Ibn Maryam ko in donon (ungliyon) ki wajah se azab den" yani angoothe aur shahadat ki ungli, "to woh hamen azab dega aur hamen zara bhi zulm nahin karega."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوْ يُؤَاخِذُنِي اللَّهُ وَابْنَ مَرْيَمَ بِمَا جَنَتْ هَاتَانِ يَعْنِي الْإِبْهَامَ وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا لَعَذَّبَنَا ثُمَّ لَمْ يَظْلِمْنَا شَيْئًا»
