Sahih Ibn Hibban 6920
Al-Ahnaf ibn Qais narrated: We came to Medina, and Uthman came. They said: “This is Uthman, and on him is a yellow Yamani wrap that he has covered his head with.” He said: “Is Ali here?” They said: “Yes.” He said: “Is Talha here?” They said: “Yes.” He said: “I ask you by Allah, besides Whom there is no God, do you know that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever buys the garden of Banu so-and-so, Allah will forgive him?' So I bought it for twenty thousand or twenty-five thousand.” He said: “Then I went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and I told him: ‘I have bought it.’ So he said: ‘Make it part of our Masjid, and its reward will be for you.’” He said: “So they said: “Yes, by Allah.’” He said: “I ask you by Allah, besides Whom there is no God, do you know that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever buys Rumah, Allah will forgive him?’ So I bought it for such and such.” He said: “Then I went to him and I told him: ‘I have bought it.’ So he said: ‘Make it a well for the Muslims, and its reward will be for you.’” He said: “So they said: “Yes, by Allah.’” He said: “I ask you by Allah, besides Whom there is no God, do you know that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) looked at the faces of the people and said: ‘Whoever equips these, Allah will forgive him,’ meaning the army of hardship. So I equipped them, to the point that they did not lack even a halter or a rein.” They said: “Yes, by Allah.” He said: “Allah is a witness to that three times.”
الاحنف بن قيس بیان کرتے ہیں کہ: ہم مدینہ آئے، اور عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ بھی تشریف لائے۔ لوگوں نے کہا: "یہ عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں، اور انہوں نے اپنے سر پر ایک پیلا یمنی چادر اوڑھا ہوا ہے"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "کیا علی رضی اللہ عنہ یہاں ہیں؟" لوگوں نے کہا: "جی ہاں"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "کیا طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ یہاں ہیں؟" لوگوں نے کہا: "جی ہاں"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "میں تم سے اللہ کے واسطے پوچھتا ہوں جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'جو شخص فلاں کی زمین خریدے گا، اللہ اسے بخش دے گا؟' تو میں نے اسے بیس ہزار یا پچیس ہزار میں خرید لیا"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "پھر میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گیا اور میں نے آپ کو بتایا: 'میں نے اسے خرید لیا ہے'۔ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'اسے ہماری مسجد میں شامل کر دو، اور اس کا اجر تمہارے لیے ہوگا'"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "تو انہوں نے کہا: "ہاں، اللہ کی قسم'"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "میں تم سے اللہ کے واسطے پوچھتا ہوں جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'جو کوئی رومہ خریدے گا، اللہ اسے بخش دے گا؟' تو میں نے اسے اتنے میں خرید لیا"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "پھر میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گیا اور میں نے آپ کو بتایا: 'میں نے اسے خرید لیا ہے'۔ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: 'اسے مسلمانوں کے لیے ایک کنواں بنا دو، اور اس کا اجر تمہارے لیے ہوگا'"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "تو انہوں نے کہا: "ہاں، اللہ کی قسم'"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "میں تم سے اللہ کے واسطے پوچھتا ہوں جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے لوگوں کے چہروں کو دیکھا اور فرمایا: 'جو انہیں لیس کرے گا، اللہ اسے بخش دے گا'، مطلب مشکل کی فوج۔ تو میں نے انہیں اس حد تک لیس کیا کہ ان کے پاس ایک لگام یا باگ کی بھی کمی نہیں رہی"۔ انہوں نے کہا: "ہاں، اللہ کی قسم"۔ انہوں نے تین بار کہا: "اللہ اس کا گواہ ہے۔"
Alhanf bin Qais bayan karte hain keh: Hum Madina aaye, aur Usman Radi Allahu Anhu bhi tashreef laaye. Logon ne kaha: "Yeh Usman Radi Allahu Anhu hain, aur inhon ne apne sar par ek peela yamani chadar odha hua hai". Inhon ne kaha: "Kya Ali Radi Allahu Anhu yahan hain?" Logon ne kaha: "Ji haan". Inhon ne kaha: "Kya Talha Radi Allahu Anhu yahan hain?" Logon ne kaha: "Ji haan". Inhon ne kaha: "Main tumse Allah ke waste poochta hun jis ke siwa koi mabood nahin, kya tum jante ho keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: 'Jo shakhs falan ki zameen kharedega, Allah usay bakhsh dega?' To main ne usay bees hazar ya pachchees hazar mein khareed liya". Inhon ne kaha: "Phir main Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke paas gaya aur main ne aap ko bataya: 'Main ne usay khareed liya hai'. To aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: 'Usay hamari masjid mein shamil kar do, aur iska ajr tumhare liye hoga'". Inhon ne kaha: "To inhon ne kaha: "Haan, Allah ki qasam'". Inhon ne kaha: "Main tumse Allah ke waste poochta hun jis ke siwa koi mabood nahin, kya tum jante ho keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: 'Jo koi Rumah kharedega, Allah usay bakhsh dega?' To main ne usay itne mein khareed liya". Inhon ne kaha: "Phir main aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke paas gaya aur main ne aap ko bataya: 'Main ne usay khareed liya hai'. To aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: 'Usay musalmanon ke liye ek kuwan bana do, aur iska ajr tumhare liye hoga'". Inhon ne kaha: "To inhon ne kaha: "Haan, Allah ki qasam'". Inhon ne kaha: "Main tumse Allah ke waste poochta hun jis ke siwa koi mabood nahin, kya tum jante ho keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne logon ke chehron ko dekha aur farmaya: 'Jo inhen lays karega, Allah usay bakhsh dega', matlab mushkil ki fauj. To main ne inhen is had tak lays kiya keh inke paas ek lagaam ya baag ki bhi kami nahin rahi". Inhon ne kaha: "Haan, Allah ki qasam". Inhon ne teen baar kaha: "Allah iska gawah hai."
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَاوَانَ عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ فَجَاءَ عُثْمَانُ فَقِيلَ هَذَا عُثْمَانُ وَعَلَيْهِ مُلَيَّةٌ لَهُ صَفْرَاءُ قَدْ قَنَّعَ بِهَا رَأْسَهُ قَالَ هَا هُنَا عَلِيٌّ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ هَا هُنَا طَلْحَةُ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مِرْبَدَ بَنِي فُلَانٍ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ فَابْتَعْتُهُ بِعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا أَوْ خَمْسَةً وَعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا» فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ قَدِ ابْتَعْتُهُ فَقَالَ «اجْعَلْهُ فِي مَسْجِدِنَا وَأَجْرُهُ لَكَ»؟ قَالَ فَقَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَقَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ يَبْتَاعُ رُومَةَ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ» فَابْتَعْتُهَا بِكَذَا وَكَذَا ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ فَقُلْتُ قَدِ ابْتَعْتُهَا فَقَالَ «اجْعَلْهَا سِقَايَةً لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَأَجْرُهَا لَكَ»؟ قَالَ فَقَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَظَرَ فِي وُجُوهِ الْقَوْمِ فَقَالَ «مَنْ جَهَّزَ هَؤُلَاءِ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ» يَعْنِي جَيْشَ الْعُسْرَةِ فَجَهَّزْتُهُمْ حَتَّى لَمْ يَفْقِدُوا عِقَالًا وَلَا خِطَامًا؟ قَالُوا اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ ثَلَاثًا
