Sahih Ibn Hibban 7070
Salim narrated from his father that during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when a man saw a dream, he would tell it to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. I was a young unmarried man and I would sleep in the mosque. I saw in a dream that two angels took me and brought me to the Fire, and behold, it was folded up like the fold of a well, and behold, it had two horns, and behold, in it were people whom I recognized. So I began to say, "I seek refuge in Allah from the Fire!" twice. Then I met another angel who said to me, "Have no fear." So I told it to Hafsa, and Hafsa told it to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, "What an excellent man Abdullah ibn Umar is, except that he does not pray much at night."
سلیم نے اپنے والد سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں جب کوئی شخص خواب دیکھتا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بتاتا۔ میں ایک نوجوان کنوارا تھا اور مسجد میں سوتا تھا۔ میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ دو فرشتے مجھے اٹھا کر آگ میں لے گئے اور دیکھا کہ وہ کنویں کی منڈیر کی طرح لپٹی ہوئی ہے اور دیکھا کہ اس کے دو سینگ ہیں اور دیکھا کہ اس میں وہ لوگ ہیں جنہیں میں پہچانتا ہوں۔ تو میں کہنے لگا، "میں اللہ کی پناہ مانگتا ہوں آگ سے!" دو بار۔ پھر میری ملاقات ایک اور فرشتے سے ہوئی جس نے مجھ سے کہا، "خوف نہ کرو۔" چنانچہ میں نے یہ بات حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو بتائی اور حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بتائی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "عبداللہ بن عمر کتنے اچھے آدمی ہیں، سوائے اس کے کہ وہ رات کو زیادہ نماز نہیں پڑھتے۔"
Saleem ne apne walid se riwayat ki keh Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke zamane mein jab koi shakhs khwab dekhta to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko batata. Mein ek jawan kunwara tha aur masjid mein sota tha. Mein ne khwab mein dekha keh do farishte mujhe utha kar aag mein le gaye aur dekha keh woh kuen ki mundair ki tarah lipti hui hai aur dekha keh us ke do seeng hain aur dekha keh us mein woh log hain jinhen mein pehchanta hun. To mein kehne laga, "Mein Allah ki panaah mangta hun aag se!" Do bar. Phir meri mulaqat ek aur farishte se hui jis ne mujh se kaha, "Khauf na karo." Chunancha mein ne yeh baat Hafsa razi Allah anha ko batai aur Hafsa razi Allah anha ne Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko batai to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Abdullah bin Umar kitne achhe aadmi hain, siwaye is ke keh woh raat ko zyada namaz nahin parhte."
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ فِي حَيَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَأَى رُؤْيَا قَصَّهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَكُنْتُ غُلَامًا شَابًّا عَزَبًا وَكُنْتُ أَنَامُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَرَأَيْتُ فِيَ الْمَنَامِ كَأَنَّ مَلَكَيْنِ أَخَذَانِي فَذَهَبَا بِي إِلَى النَّارِ فَإِذَا هِيَ مَطْوِيَّةٌ كَطَيِّ الْبِئْرِ وَإِذَا لَهَا قَرْنَانِ وَإِذَا فِيهَا نَاسٌ قَدْ عَرَفْتُهُمْ فَجَعَلْتُ أَقُولُ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ النَّارِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَلَقِيَهُمَا مَلَكٌ آخَرُ فقَالَ لِي لَنْ تُرَاعَ فَقَصَصْتُهَا عَلَى حَفْصَةَ فَقَصَّتْهَا حَفْصَةُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ ﷺ «نِعْمَ الرَّجُلُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَا يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا»
